I rang the doorbell and a woman answered the door and stood there with her leg holding the door so we wouldn’t enter the building and asked if we had an appointment and I replied we do not. She stood there and I said I would like to have my diamonds appraised and possibly to sell some. She said hold on I’ll see if so and so is available as she closed and locked the door and had us wait outside. Then she buzzed through the intercom and said you wanted to sell your diamonds but we are not interested in buying any diamonds now and disregarded us standing outside her place of business. I still wanted to have my diamonds appraised but it didn’t matter what I, the customer wanted, we basically were told to move along we do not have time for you. Well I personally think for a jeweler’s place of business to lack customer service skills by having a customer stand outside while you see if someone is available? Clearly no one was in the store at all and I find it so rude to be treated like that and because I was not interested on buying your diamonds or jewelry, you had no time to appraise my diamonds. You didn’t even allow me to tell you about possibly resetting the diamonds in a ring setting! So, because you looked at us and “profiled” us as not worthy of your time! Sorry to say they were not worthy of my money and really need to learn customer service skills and I would never rate them as a 5-star jeweler’s establishment. I rate them a 0 out of 5-stars! Absolutely 5 stars for Gary Mann Jewelers! After visiting nearly 20 different stores, we went right back to our first stop. Trust me when I say, don’t waste your time anywhere else. From the very beginning, Norma and Gary provided an outstanding experience in creating our custom engagement ring, and they went above and beyond to make it unique and personal. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were incredible, and the result went beyond what we dreamed of.

I met Gary and Norma Mann when another jeweler was unable to help me and referred me to Norma. I needed help choosing jewelry for my friends and family as thank you's for helping me with my wedding. Norma was patient, listened to my needs, paid attention to my budget, and helped me find appropriate items for everybody. My husband and I came back to purchase our wedding bands and chose antique rings that we were very happy with. Gary and Norma were kind enough to give me advice on care and cleaning of my engagement ring that I hadn't purchased there and Gary cleaned it for free for me before the wedding.
