The Schuylkill River Trail is on the other side of the canal from the Google Maps marker. The website link takes you to an online poker site that does not provide any information about walking. The market side of the canal has a railroad track and private property. I do not recommend walking on the railroad track. Recommendation: Walk the north side of the canal only which is the Schuylkill River...

Great trails with some cool views. Good for walking and great for bikes. Some spots start out bumpy but then gets very smooth and keeps going for miles. Trail keeps going as long as you can ride and is mostly smooth and paved. Enjoy the pics. Check out wisahicken trail down the street. Also good trail...

They need to pave this path, would be much more pleasant to walk on than gravel. The part of the path eith boardwalk has run down, disintegrating wood in some places. Very old wood that looks like it needs...
