NICE VENUE, POOR COMMUNICATION

The venue was exactly what I was looking for. I booked the venue on 2/13 for my Baby shower on 4/28. Communication from the woman who rents the venue was subpar. It would take a week or more for her to respond when I had a question. That should’ve been my first clue that things wouldn’t go as planned. On the day of my baby shower, I was supposed to have access to the venue at 11 am. I didn’t receive the access code until almost 12pm. I was in the makeup chair while multiple vendors called me saying they were in the lot with no access to the venue. Stressful to say the least. Once I got the access code everything was beautiful. However, I have yet to receive my security deposit back with no explanation as to why it’s being held and once again, no response when I text her about it on May 17th. If the only issue was the lateness with the access code, I could overlook it because of the extenuating circumstances on her end. But because of the poor communication I would not book this venue again which is unfortunate because it’s a great space. My family experienced a tragedy twice in one year. This venue was a true blessing to my family due to the owners professionalism, empathy and responsiveness. We hosted 2 Celebrations of Life for family members whom transitioned and are now with the Lord. The facility was not only clean but tables were setup. Owner was prompted from beginning to end. The entire family was empathetic and kind to my family. They took care of us and made us feel like family. The location had private parking, clean, safe environment and the space has amazing natural lighting that brings in a feeling of warmth. Our family is forever grateful for providing us a beautiful environment aesthetically and spiritually to celebrate...

I have decorated two events in this beautiful venue in the past month. First let me start off by saying that this is truly a hidden gem! This space is perfect for any event! whether it be a birthday, kids party, wedding, pop up shop or for a quick photo shoot; the hidden gem is truly the best venue around. The owners were truly amazing and very accommodating. Not only is the design stunning, but the space also has a parking lot! Not many event venues can say that in our area, not to mention they have security and you truly feel safe in the space.
