New Cambria Restaurant — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Quite frankly, I was nervous ordering from a place on Somerset and Kensington....but oh man am I glad I did.

Here's the thing...I have been looking for a good hashbrown egg and cheese sammich since I moved to Philly. I was starting to think this was a weirdo central NJ thing that I would have to do myself if I wanted it done right...then I discovered New Cambria. Genuinely top notch perfectly crispy hashbrown patty already in the sammy, and to see it on a menu at all thrilled me.

Also ordered a waffle with strawberries and bananas, cause I was feeling fruity, and the quality and quantity of the fruit surprised and delighted me.

I rarely write reviews, but wanted to add to the positive experiences that made me feel good about trying this place. Definitely...

The deep fried oreos are to die for especially when u need a choc fix r munchie. I love their bacon cheeseburgers and double it sometimes. My son loves their buffalo chicken ch steaks. Says they are as good as the works. I love them they are my neighborhood go to. And the people who work there know u and take care of u. If i move away then no doubt will i be comin down for my favorites the way i like it...

I've lived in Kensington my entire life and this is defenetily THE BEST BREAKFAST SPOT IN TOWN by far!! My favorite dish would have to be creamed chip beef over toast, home fries,and Bacon..omg..awesome!! .And the staff is very friendly.. Food is always made fresh and hot every time and the plus side is the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Cambria Restaurant to everyone !!...
