Every single time I have ordered from this specific location there's an issue! Every single time I have ordered anything that comes IN sauce, they forget the darn sauce! I mean how incompetent does one have to be to not only not do it but to continuously do it wrong? Look at the order it says Honey BBQ then you smother it in sauce not add 3 drops move around the chicken. I'm not speaking about forgetting to add dipping sauces (which is annoying yet they always forget that too, today included). Just inconsiderate and have absolutely no pride in the type of work they do. Yes it's fast food but that's the job YOU CHOSE, so do it right. Then I see the "owner" under all of the bad comments saying the exact same thing.. sorry you had a bad time here and hope you come back is the basic message that's being put out l, are you kidding me! Just as classless as some of the people working there. Clearly nothing will be done if you are asking specifics like what happened, with whom did it happen, date and times it happened, like there's no accountability, just throw the entire store away. This place is horrible any more ! Why you guys always forget the bbq sauce all the time who wants to eat plain chicken strips when clearly asked for five things of barbecue sauce and never got them. It might be my third time or fourth time not getting them place is a joke. 2024 February 10th Saturday at 9:13pm drive through we Oder at the speaker ask for a plain chicken sandwich with no pickles or sauce they say they already have premade sandwiches and they’re not making nothing fresh so I had to get two chicken sandwiches with everything on it and 10 piece chicken fingers get home everything is like old like the chicken on the chicken sandwiches were so soggy and the buns were on were stale and hard. I walked up to the register nearest to the door where the previous customer was assisted and stood there, noticing no one was coming, but at the other register there was this lady just standing there saying nothing. I asked her," are you taking others" She shook her head yes, so I moved to the other register. I placed my order with her. At least I tried to order, but I couldn't hear a word she was saying. I said "sorry can't hear you," and she gave me this dumb look and continued to speak in the same tone again couldn't hear anything. After receiving my food, she asked if I wanted sauce. I told her what I wanted. She didn't give me anything and ignored me and another lady gave me the sauces. I opened my bag, got the food out and found a hair on my boneless wings.
