Had an amazing experience with JPF. Their driver was BEKJON who was very professional and helpful. He arrived on time 2 streets from my house, loaded and secured the vehicle professionally. 3 days later my vehicle was delivered 1200 miles away without any damage or scratch other than highway dirt. I was sent updates on vehicle periodically. I requested Bekjon that I would be happier if he delivered the vehicle at midnight rather than next morning. While transporting my BMW M340 they got a bunch of liquified rust on the front of my car. When I asked them to polish it off or pay for a detailer to, they said they would polish it (and I specifically asked them not to paint over it) and they just painted over it with cheap paint (and told me that they polished it even tho you can see a clear layer of paint that is a different shade) and the car now constantly has ants since it was delivered to me.
