The caprecai salad was overall bland. The little amount of basil on it was few and far between. No additional flavor. Had to add salt and pepper. Served on a bed of lettuce The polenta was bland as well. And little lumpy. But I'm not holding that against them. The lumpy. The sauce was very good and would be great against a background of pasta to engage the eater but the polenta got lost and with its bland taste dissappear ed in the dish to be nothing more then a textural item As the main dish is concered. Overall it was salty but in a good way. The worst offender to the dish I cannot decide. Either the sautéed veggies or the sauce. The veggies were sautéed over a gas range and you can taste an off taste concerning them. The red wine deme glaze was very salty and while it definitely helped the roaster potatoes it overpowered most of the dish. Supra singly enough the star if the dish was the bone. The amount of the meat on the bone was amazing. The char on the bine meat was perfect and complimented the medium veal perfectly but there wasn't enough of it. The ratio of fat to meat on the veal was high but no much so and added a textural and flavoring difference to the meat which came as a welcome supries. The sauce tho was abismal in such that it was a salty dark demiglase.that was more like a pool the a drizzel. This dish would of been better if the veal was charred using the demi glaze to enhance the veal then to over power it. The roasted potatoes were perfect as they were but with the demiglase pool on the plate. They were ruined. Overall it was an OK dush better to serve the veal alone with the side dishes o the own plates. Everyth I ng needed seasoning The bread here is absolute amazing. Much more dense the traditional white bread. It's soft and moist not dry and crumbly like most rewtrauants. It's only downside is that it's served with commercial butter and would definitely be impressed upon with a whipped butter or even an oil accuremount The decorations are definitely give that outdoor feel but the tables could use some sort of candel. It's dark overall. If you have glasses or are hard to see in the dark bring a flashlight.candels would definitely be an improvement. Tables are ordained with the normal bland salt and pepper shakers. And commercial sugar packet jolder. Plastic checkered table cloth decorate every table. At night one can see into the other areas of the restaurant where storage is kept for holiday decorating. Or storage. I was seated by the window and despite it being in the teens I was still warm. Water glasses are plastic. Olive garden at least give you glass. The one blessing is that it is quite and on a Tuesday at 9-10pm hour I'm greatful O. Suggestion to the waitress I ordered the crem brule with a sparkle whine, percecco. I'm dissapointed. While the burnt sugar top is warm and great the Brule is cold inside. Which detracts from the dish over all. The waitress is right with the percecco this and contrasting greatly with the dish cutting thru the sweetness if the dish. It's served with a small cocktail spoon to enjoy in small quantities, an adiquite chhoice. The portion size is generous The waitress is very accommodating abs does now her way around the menue. Wine included. Served me a reisiling to start and it WAS welcomed as a personal preference to me

I choose this place to celebrate my birthday, and when I was making a reservation I ask the lady on the phone that make sure we can seat outside with live music, I asked twice she say YES. But when we arrived the lady on reception say that we have bigger party and your table inside, but it’s not my problem that why I make reservation a week before and the reason i choose this place was outside table with live music area! I was so disappointed and it’s was my birthday! The reason I give extra star it’s our waiter, unfortunately I don’t ask his name, he was Russian speaking, very good service big thanks to him that my special day not was ruined. Other than that food was good and on time we never wait for anything. But if you not quarantee the place than client is reserving please mention it before not surprise the people like that, especially on their special days! P.S: One table outside for 6 persons still was empty throughout the night. This is really heartbreaking…

The inside had a weird smell to it, but the outside was lovely. We came for a family lunch after church. The sodas don't have refills, which is always a bummer when places cheap out on that. My sister got a bacon burger ordered medium well that she had to send back twice for missing bacon and then for bring charred black on the bottom. The pasta dishes we ordered were good portions for the price and seemed to be homemade noodles and sauce! Their bread is good, but it should have come out warm. The butter was not soft and hard to smear on cold bread. Their homemade pesto sauce that came with the house salads was very good! We ended up dipping the bread in it. The salads were sad, pitiful little things with 1 tomato slice, 1 cucumber slice, and some lettuce. Nothing else. No croutons or cheese, etc. Overall it was a good visit, they just definitely have some things that should be improved upon.

First off, the pizza here is great, one of the best in the area and I order here all the time. However, sometimes the service isn’t so great when it comes to ordering take-out. I called in tonight and someone answered and said “Café Michelangelo please hold” and then kept me on hold for 10 minutes. I was ordering while driving so the pizza can be ready by the time I got there, but I got there while still on the phone, still put on hold. I usually don’t write reviews and I tend to not act in such a bitter manner about things like this, but when I got there the lady who runs the take-out part of the restaurant was literally standing there. If she was busy I’d understand as it’s a Friday night, but she was doing absolutely nothing. I showed her my phone and said you put me on hold and never picked up again, LITERALLY showing her proof, and she tells me she never got a call. I then ordered a pizza and asked if I can please speak to a manager. She replied yes of course, and 8 minutes later another employee walks out with my pizza and the manager never showed. I find this to be very unprofessional, especially when a customer asks to speak to a manager. I’m guessing she didn’t want me to complain about her so she didn’t say anything to anyone and was hoping I would just leave with my pizza, which I did (the pizza is best when eaten hot and ASAP, it’s not nearly as good when it cools down). However, I’m writing this review, because of the incident. Like I said, I love the pizza there, but the service, at times is okay, but at times, expect to have not so great...
