My wife bought a jacket turned out to be damaged, they refused to refund because it was 2 days past their return policy. Zero accountability so be aware! The item was not worn even once and had all the tags attached. We asked to return the item due to quality issues and while we were ok to receive store credit for it due to the aforementioned 7 day policy the male store owner was still extremely rude!
