I went to Kathy in order to redesign my engagement ring of 40 plus years. I could not be happier with both the experience and the finished product. The ring is gorgeous. Kathy was wonderful to work with. I wanted the redesign to include both the original stone and two new sapphires. I showed her a few screen shots of styles that I liked, but was not enamored with any. Kathy asked me a lot of questions and provided me with several options - all within my price range. She kept me posted during the design and manufacture of the ring. She suggested additional options, such as increasing the number of prongs, to safeguard the stones. She was quick to reply to my emails, calls and questions and sent me computer generated and real sample images. There was never any pressure to spend more or do more. Kathy truly loves jewelry. It is more than just her business. It is her passion and it shows. I am so glad that I met her and am looking forward to working with her...

Would not recommend. Brought in a family heirloom gold bracelet for repair on a link of the chain. Was told multiple times it is a poor quality piece of jewelry and “promise me you’ll never buy something like this again” even after explaining that it was a family heirloom. Was charged $80 (when I was told it would be around $40)for the repair, but upon checking the bracelet it did not appear to be fixed. Was given a hurried response and said she would send it back again at no charge. After the second time I still noticed it was not repaired. Tried emailing and never got a response. Took it to another jeweler who does their own repairs and was charged only $14 for the repair. She is extremely over priced and not polite to customers. I would suggest using another jeweler for...

This was my first time working with Kathy and I am so pleased with the outcome. I brought her a large gemstone which I wanted to have made into a bezel set ring, as well as some photos of other pieces I was inspired by. I am very particular but she totally got what I envisioned. She worked with me to create a drawing and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. We worked closely together and she was communicative at each step.
