L.A. Hair Salon — Local services in Philadelphia

A newbie to South Philly I was on a mission for a stylist close to home to color my hair. I was in the Pollyodd liquor store and a woman suggested LA Hair. Of course I was skeptical, as I am picky (but aren't we all?) and blonde-headed and not everyone does blonde hair well, and if they do, usually it's a fortune. I am elated to report, Angie, did a 2-part process, color and foils, gave a quicky hair clean up to my ends (which were a bit fuzzy), trimmed my bangs conservatively, and blew out my hair out to perfection.
