I have never been so frustrated trying to get in touch with a company who works with customers on timely matters. The phone number provided consistently generates an automated line , and when I opted to speak to property management , always ended up getting the F you , everyone’s busy, back to main menu run around. Don’t expect to get anything done outside of their slim business hours. I ended up paying for 2 rental applications, and received a voice mail that I would be contacted shortly by a property manager. This never happened. 2 days go by and I finally went to the office myself.. ring doorbell .. NO ANSWER. The security guard let me in to an office where there were at least 5 employees in an office who looked surprised to see someone showing up unannounced. I was passed on to Brent, who told Me the properties I applied for were no longer available . (But I had just payed to apply to them) I then asked about a specific property I hadn’t applied for , and he showed me that property next day . After waiting for my application to go through for about 5 days, I had thank god found another place. They are totally unreachable and I would give them a negative score for customer service. I felt scammed by them and there was zero communication between customer and company . When you are handing over private documents and money the LEAST they could do is send a confirmation email. This place is all about presentation and has a great website unfortunately they don’t have the staff or the ethics to back it up . Highly disappointed and I want my money back for applications that were for properties that had already...
