Premium Two — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I ordered here on July 15th, 2024, and the manager acting like he couldn’t hear me. Apparently he couldn’t because he didn’t put platter on my 20 piece like I asked twice. The cheese steak and Chicken cheese steak was not filled up at all like they didn’t care nor try. The menu prices is also incorrect because I was charged differently as you see on the receipt. I was charged $70.47 for basically incorrect stuff. Also on the menu or in general it’s says $35 or over you are suppose to get a free 2 liter soda which I didnt get with how much I spend. I will not recommend getting anything from here unless you hear a FEMALE answer then you Ok, because she gets everything right. Edit: Jimmy the owner of the shop fixed the issue and is willing to give me percentage off my next order.

Edit:we decided to try to order again and get the % off that Jimmy (the owner) said to do next time. We were told we couldn’t get that % off because the owner wasn’t present. He never told us to ask for him he said to tell them my name and said jimmy told me too. Like I said again do not...

Sooo mad!!!!! I always ordered form this place . Literally like once a week or twice a week. Love their food. But highly upset with an issue I had this evening. I spent $85 . I ordered a special with 2 large pizzas with 20 mild wings then an additional 20 mild wings because I have kids and company over. They sent out 20 bbq wings and 20 mild. Nobody in my household eats bbq sauce. Not to mention I’m 6 months pregnant, and I want to what I want!!! but , hey. Not a big deal let’s just correct the issue. I call back they say they will correct it. But then the counter girl calls me and tells me they are unable to correct this issue because they are too busy.. lol I’m really like wait. There’s no way. They weren’t too busy when they took my order and messed up the food. So now I’m calling back the number they called me from and the 2 additional numbers on the menu and literally not getting through at all!!!! Now to make a mistake is like ok , things happen. But clearly they dont feel the need to correct their wrongs so I won’t be ordering from...

Horrible food. The wings were rock hard, completely overcooked and burnt where there was like no meat on them. They were inedible. Worst Ive ever had. I wouldnt have been surprised if they were actually a week old. The pizza was doughy, the tuna sandwich had an entire onion on it, like no one would ever eat that, and the cheesesteak was missing the cheese. It was shpposed to be a platter as well but didnt come with fries. I'm sitting here feeling sick and irritated like 3 or 4 hours later still, which made me decide to actually write a review. Absolutely do not eat here.

Edit - Stayed up half the night with stomach pains and only took a few bites of everything before tossing it all. Avoid.
