One of the male therapists dilebrately turned the music up while I was at the pulley station. Of course the staff thought that was funny. I was having dysfunction with my vestibular system and was forced to take the cotton/tissue out of my ear to get use to listening to music again. From my understanding that's not how you treat a patient or ANYONE! It was a painful experience being there that day and many days I attended. The sly, under the breath, cackling comments to one another about me I had to endure. I was suffering tremendously with a concussion that was later diagnosed as a compound concussion by my doctor. "PEOPLE" truly don't know what it "feels" like to have a long lasting concussion (an invisible injury)that subsequently effects one side of your body & changes your life!! The so called physical therapists try talking you into believing what you're experiencing isn't real, it's not happening and whatever it is will "probably " go away soon. When I started NovaCare, I was not a happy camper. My legs and others parts was aching with unspeakable pain. I met with the caring Staff Member of NovaCare , especially Eric, He got to be the BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!! HE HONESTLY CARE about his clients. He makes me smile when I am sad , because I know that I'm getting better one day at a time. He as well as the other Staff members makes me feel WELCOME TOO. Seriously From the front of the house to the back. NovaCare ROCKS MY WHOLE WORLD and I really don't know where I I'll be without NovaCare and Eric. I really look forwards to seeing NovaCare Staff and Eric too. (I never thought I would say that).. I tell you my body, mind, and soul is changing.
