Burger King — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Recently visited this Burger King location and was absolutely blown away by the outstanding service I received from one of their team members. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a fine young man who not only asked for my name but also made sure my order was handed to me in less than a minute. His efficiency was impressive, but what truly stood out was his genuine kindness and the warm smile he maintained throughout the interaction. He took care of all my requests with such attention to detail and a positive attitude that it made my visit truly memorable. I’ve been to many Burger King locations before, but I’ve never experienced service as exceptional as this. This particular team member went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, and it really made a difference. Kudos to this location for having such a dedicated and friendly staff member. He truly represents the best of what customer service should be. The manager was rude and refused to engage with my wife because she is white. This became evident when my wife returned to the car and I went in to wait for our order (our niece was waiting in the car). Throughout her interaction with me (someone she assumed was not related to my wife because I am black) she continued to go on about my wife being a white lady. Listen, I get the plight of my people, but what does that have to do with burgers? She had a lot to say about my wife to the woman working next to her too. As I go to leave, she says to that same woman “she thought I would be scared by her sending in her dyke?” Mind you, I only came in because my niece was getting impatient in the car and the manager refused to help my wife. Went through all of that to receive cold food that she handled with her bare hands. If I can give no stars I would, the girl at the front of the drive through window asked me did I ask for 2 king jr burgers I replied yes she digs her germ hands inside my son bag and I said I didn’t want it and it should be done over. Today it’s entirely too much germs for someone who didn’t prepare the food to be digging their hands in your food. I asked to speak to the manager which she came to the window and was looking stupid like she wanted to fall asleep as I was talking. Save yourself the trouble and go to the one on Columbus Blvd it’s always right and everyone there is professional. Avoid this one by all means.
