The woman with the glasses was being very rude to all the travelers. Instead of helping the people who had to board soon (mind you, it is her job to help and to have good customer service), she was telling them they’re going to miss their flight and having a “that’s too bad” attitude, doing absolutely nothing to help??? She was also being unnecessarily mean to me and my friend because I took one step forward. They were supposed to open at 4am and only opened 25 minutes later, completely ignoring the customers who were letting them know they had to board very soon.
