US Customs Services — Local services in Philadelphia

This airport customs are the absolute worst. It's like going through a jail entry. Not enough workers. Unhelpful staff. We had a connecting flight. What's the point of us having to get our luggage and drop it back off through American Airlines. You have to go through the three checks in customs and through TSA. People that are going through customs should not have to go through TSA everything should have been done in customs. Going through all this made us miss our flight and caused others to as well. Get a better way of getting people through customs cause it wasn't no reason for half of the people to miss their flight. Get more staff. Very...

Hard to get too, but let me in for a walk-in Global Entry Interview after I was conditionally approved. Need to park in the garage, get up to the third level cross over into International Arrivals Hall, buzz the intercom and explain you need a walk-in global entry interview, and then they'll probably let you in if they are not too busy.
