(Equivalent to approximately 3 months of service!!) Plus, the water quality is HIGHLY SUSPECT!! After running water over a clean, white washcloth, it was left stained so bad that the washcloth looked more like a used sanitary pad!! (with what Philadelphia Utilities referred to as, “acceptable levels of iron deposits”)

I own 2 businesses in Philadelphia , on one of them they don’t care if it’s late and I have 2 bills due . On the other if it’s late they rush over in the rain and cut my power off . Kinda of embarrassing being open for business while they out back taking the meter with no late notice or even the decency to ask us before .
