0 stars. Went there few weeks ago. When an employee nearly pushed me over to the table, walking away without any apology . (I was 8,5 months pregnant at the time). When I made a remark that he could have walked around and it was rude of him. He nearly ran back, right into my face. Goodness I got scared!!! And instead of saying sorry shuttered :âGet out of my face, b**châ!!! His name was Xavior. as I found out later on. And some other employee had to physically take him to the back. This man definitely got some anger issues and left me in tears after! I never been so humiliated and scared at the store!!! When 6 fl something tall man runs up to you like he is about to fight you and you staying there nearly 9 months pregnant 5 foot tiny women wondering if he is gonna lose it any second or not. How do you hire people Iike that?? No work ethics, no courtesy, not even any common sense! The worst part of it is that the rest of employees were acting like they didnât see that issue, just kept that angry man on the back. I was staying there waiting for the maneger while the rest of them were laughing behind my back! I shouldâve called police! Honestly. All he had to do is say âIâm sorryâ or âI apologies I didnât notice you while I was wakingâ and the problem would be solved! No he had to run back to me, stay as close and he possibly can like he is about to punch me and insult me?! Is that how you treat your customers?!!! The worst...
Read moreToday, May 22, I went into this Polo store in the morning and bought some clothes. When I was about to pay, the front desk called the manager and she told me that I was not allowed to buy. I asked why, but she did not answer the question directly. I also explained that these were for my uncle who thought I had a coupon and asked me to buy some clothes for his nail salon as a Father's Day gift for employees. The manager directly asked why you also bought women's clothes. I was a little confused at the time, and I didn't say much to them. I finally asked them and asked them if they would not let me buy anything? The manager said yes, they would not sell me anything? I left at that time. On the way home, I kept thinking, why! . I came in to consume, why didn't you sell to me? Later, I thought about it, is this manager racially discriminating against me? I really want to ask Polo company, why did you give me coupons if you didn't let me buy clothes? I wrote so much here just to leave evidence. I will reserve the right to sue the manager of this Polo store for racial discrimination. In the end, I really don't understand why you didn't let me buy and then gave me coupons. I think it's ridiculous. If this continues, this outlet will really go bankrupt. Many businesses have closed...
Read moreAfter having shopped at this outlet for many years today I was treated horribly. I went to look at some earrings. All of a sudden a worker dashed across the store and jumped at me saying, "Where is your mask?" This was the last thing we were going to look at and then were ready to leave. She and a rent a cop followed us out until the mall. Both of them snidely said, "You have a wonderful day!!!" A long time ago I had figured out that department stores and Marshalls have better prices on Ralph Lauren than the outlet shop. After this treatment I will never be back. When you are charging $60 for a child's ski hat you ought to learn...
