On August 22nd I pulled through the drive thru and ordered food for my nephew and niece. 2 Big Box meals that came to $18.44. We pulled next door to get food for a toddler at another fast food chain. While waiting my nephew noticed his meal was missing the biscuit that is advertised with the Big Box Meal. He went over to KFC while I waited and he said that he went to counter and told the man at the counter that his meal was missing the biscuit. At that time, the female manager came out and started yelling at him in front of other customers that his Big Box Meal does not come with a biscuit. He came back and told me this and I finished getting food from the other location for the toddler. I pulled back through the drive thru, checked the menu board again to make sure that his meal was not supposed to come with a biscuit. Clearly on the sign it listed 3 Big Box meals and it stated come with drink, biscuit and a side. I pulled up to speaker and the very nice guy Greg answered and I explained I had just come through and was missing a biscuit. He told me to pull up. He was headed to the window with a bag with biscuit in it when the female manager came to the window and started yelling that that particular meal does not come with a biscuit. I explained that the signage is then incorrect and misleading and perhaps should be changed. She then yelled even louder that the meal does not come with a biscuit. I said Ok, I understand that but then you need to change your sign because it states that it does. She screamed even louder now that the meal does not come with a biscuit and she is not going to sit there arguing with me. I explained that is exactly what she is doing and it was ok because I would just call the corporate number. As I started to pull away with 3 children in the car with me, she said "yeah ok have a nice day" and then put her middle finger up at me! I not only will NEVER spend money in that particular store, I will not frequent any KFC again, because after calling in complaint that same day, it is now almost a month later and I have yet to hear from...
Read moreI know I've said this before but I really wish I could get this location zero Stars. Out of all other fast food locations KFC has always been the worst. The drive-thru is always extremely slow even when they're not busy.. I deliver food and I usually will not go to KFC unless it's worth my time. Whenever I go there I pretty much know I'm going to spend 30 to 45 minutes there. On more than one occasion I've waited up to 45 minutes when they weren't that busy. So tonight I went there and had two orders to pick up. And for some reason they had not received one of the orders in their system. So I told them that I would pull around to handle the issue with the first customer. So that the second customers food wasn't cold. It was around 9:56 at night. I had checked the hours posted before pulling off and it said that they were open till 11. It also says online that they're open till 11. I guess because of covid 10 p.m. instead of 11 p.m. You would think that the employee at the window would have let me know that they closed at 10. I pulled back around about 10:05 and after 10 minutes of waiting somebody finally came on the loudspeaker and told me they were closed. I understand that everybody wants to go home at closing time. But not telling a customer that they're going to close and they should get the other order right then is horrible customer service. Thankfully it wasn't my food. I don't eat KFC anyway. They speed grow their chickens with hormones and pump them full of drugs. They harvest the chicken 75% faster than Popeyes does. At Birth they clip the chickens beaks and talons. And keep them in a dark age changed so that they cannot move at all. They pretty much torture the animal. Hopefully somebody sees this and it stops it from getting a little bit of business. Read moreI probably shouldn't even give 2 stars. Awful experience. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building, we waited. When we got to the speaker we were asked to wait. As soon as the woman came back on the speaker you could hear carrying on in the background noise. I ordered 2 large fries (and additional items) and she heard 2 Pepsi, had to repeat order 3 times. Asked to wait again at the speaker for my total. Got to the window and was handed a plastic bag that had a paper bag inside of it, looked inside the bag to see that the gravy was opened and dumped all over everything else. Handed the bag back and they gave the same bag back to us just without the gravy inside of it. The paper bag was ripping for being soggy with gravy. We got handed a large gravy, without a bag, when all was said and done. We were kind but everything was a mess and the customer service at the window was rushed.
