I am only giving this store 2 stars because I found my wedding dress but when is comes to their customer service they shouldn't get any stars. Last Febuary of 2013, I found the dress of my dreams. It is the one and only dress I put on. I made an appointment to come back in April to try on the dress in White since the one they had there was Ivory. Did everything that was asked. I come in April my dress was not there. No one knew where it was. They stated that they could order it again. I went along with this because this was the only dress I wanted. As I was filling out the paperwork AGAIN, I was told not to get my hopes up because they might not be able to get the dress. First of all no one should ever tell a Bride that and second I did my research first. I could order the dress directly from the designer, so no matter what I could get this dress. Even if Group USA didn't have it in their stock. Finally when the dress comes in they it didn't fit. They stated to me that the sample I tried on must have been stretched out and thats why it fit. So I go ahead and order the dress again in the bigger size. At the begining of July I finally get the call that the new dress is in. I made an appointment with them to come back in September because one my Wedding wasn't until this July and second with all the traveling of summer I really wanted my mom to be there. Out of no where a week later I get a call from the counsultant that only ordered the dress that I had to be there by the following weekend because the store couldn't hold the dress. At this point I am pissed beyond belief because of the customer service I have already recieved. Asked to speak to the supervisor. When she got on the phone she listens to what I had to say and then proceeds to tell me that the consultant I worked with was leaving the company and basically just wanted to get her commission before she left the company. The supervisor advised me that my original appointment was ok and that I would have to work with another consultant. So here comes September.... I go try on my dress everything is perfect. I speak to them about getting the dress bustled. They said I would have to come back a month before my wedding. Take the dress home all is fine... I call today... 5 weeks before my wedding. I get told that I would have to pay a rush fee and leave my dress overnight because there isn't enough time to get it done. First of all I WOULD NEVER leave my dress with them overnight after everything I've been through with them and a rush fee. I am following what they told me and now I have to pay a rush fee. Lets just say I am not taking my dress back to them and will never shop there again. I am happy I got my dress from them but they made my experience horrible when this should be the happiest...
   Read moreWent in to find a graduation dress for my little sister we walked in found a dress with no problem dressing room had no attendant but we followed the rules of the dressing room but when we came out one popped up probably was on break idk. Literally had no problem until we went to find shoes and jewelry for the dress⌠my sister, my mother and I was looking at certain ones we were touching a lot of jewelry because we are just very picky about how we dress and my mom even wanted jewelry for herself I could feel eyes on us the minute we walked over to the shoes section but the cashiers were just watching us while having a casual conversation so I can ignore that, but once we started looking at the jewelry I felt eyes on me again and I look over to see a little Indian lady staring, bent over on the counter eye contact and all at me then looks over at my mom and sister (who did have small purse sized backpacks on because they donât like carrying purses and my mothers hand was broken and in a cast) so I looked at her very uncomfortably and she didnât get the hint so I continued shopping letting my mom know Iâm upset because weâre being profiled AGAIN in this store and she called me down and kept looking at jewelry but now I feel uncomfortable and looked at her again only to see a another woman pretending to be on her phone in the same spot the woman was in staring and pretending to type. Honestly I wasnât even mad at her because at the least she didnât make it obvious she was staring at us; but she walks away then the Indian woman takes her place again doing the same thingâŚ.. yall they are taking shifts watching us but itâs like 4 families in the dressing room⌠un attended⌠with multiple dresses and you can guess what race they are. Anyways that was the breaking point and I told my mom to drop everything and letâs go, my sister really wanted the dress so we got the dress and at the cash register the white woman she was talking to came to help us ofc while she sat back smiling at me which I made very clear to her (the Indian woman) to stop looking and smiling at me because itâs irritating⌠the least she couldâve done was ask for help or act like youâre putting stuff back or fix the stuff weâre putting back even though you didnât have to. The blatant disrespect/ racial profiling is something I will NOT put up with. Idk if youâre having stuff stolen with your cameras up and door sensors but this is ridiculous. Anyways, Decided to go to the jewelry store next door where they actually help you; beautiful jewelry. I hope this store goes out of...
   Read moreI hate to leave a bad review especially since we loved a bunch of the dresses and me and my best friend had a great time trying them on and deciding which ones for my bridesmaid's gowns. Until I. Asked one of the girls about the return policy which they do not have a return policy or an exchange policy They won't even hold a dress. While I was talking to my friend through her Dressing room door I was glancing around, one of the associates.Had the audacity to start screaming at me.Why am I looking her up-and-down? I told her I absolutely was not.She then proceeded to say that I've had nothing but an attitude.I didn't say hi to her when I walked in like.Excuse me, I have not had an attitude.I haven't said 2 words to you.I spoke to a different associate about your return policy.And was a little bummed out because i'm not gonna buy a dress that I can't return for one of my bridesmaids that lives out of state. I went to speak to a manager who didn't care less.Meanwhile, the girl was still screaming in the store about me to all the other managers and associates, super super unprofessional.Totally out of nowhere.I am literally still in shock at this experience.I had my friend get dressed and we left so fast.I will never return to the store again. The customer. Service was completely terrible. I don't recommend anyone by a dress from a store that you can't return or even exchang especially dealing with young girls who have ghetto attitudes. I apparently had An attitude the whole time. Meanwhile, I was talking to other customers showing them My bridal dress, laughing, Telling all the prom girls they had beautiful dresses on but I've had an attitude? I have an attitude now.Because I can't believe how awful the service was today. Honestly this girls need to be fired. Anyone I ever come across trying to buy a dress. I will instead of recommendef this store,I will highly discourage anyone from going here. So not only did they lose my business, on 5+ dresses today they're gonna lose...
