I am currently rethinking purchasing from this company in the future. I purchased online a 7 piece dining set. I had NO idea that my DINING TABLE was DAMAGED until the delivery guys were done setting it up. When i called and spoke with customer service about the replacement of my order, i was told that it should have NEVER ARRIVED to me and i should have been given the option to accept it, which I was not. Moreover, I had to wait 1 month to recieve another shipment and now it is the DAY BEFORE my expected delivery, I recieved a phonecall from the Cherry Hill showroom that one of the pieces arrived from the manufacturer to the warehouse DAMAGED AGAIN. This is unacceptable. What is more UNACCEPTABLE is that I was told by an associate Lindsey that I would have to take the partial order that is not damaged because there is a possiblitity of it being damaged in the warehouse that it will be coming from. WHy is it that your employes are being negligent with your customers' orders? I am currently on hold waiting for a CSR to pick up my call on which i have now been waiting in que for at least 27 minutes! I am HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTED with this company.
