This was the worst experience I’ve ever had a United Lounge. Everything was unpleasant and disappointing. They close at 6pm and the bartender refused to give me even a glass of wine at 5:30pm. We are delayed and I never even had 1 drink. She also couldn’t care less when I asked her to please just give us one glass of wine. The bartenders name was Jennifer. The food was bad, it was crowded. I could go on and on about how awful the club is here.

Small club but decent food offering and friendly staff. There is a bar and a ample amount of seating for a small sized club. Note that it can be a 5-10 minute walk from the Club to some of the United gates.

United club is a fantastic place to hang out during these uncertain times of delays and such. During full pandemic there not so great but as we come out of it there ramping up to a very nice experience again. I was in PHL 3 weeks ago and United club was closed. And had been closed. Not good. If you travel the United club can make a long day not so bad. Very clean, very nice, good snacks and travel type food. Just check if club is closed at...

Small but clean with a great selection of fresh snacks & lite lunch fare. Staff was friendly and very attentive. We entered with a 1 time pass and didn't expect much after reading the reviews. We were pleasantly surprised with the delicious mushroom soup and pulled pork. The quinoa salad was amazing and the half baguette sandwiches were fresh. Well drinks, wine and bottled beer were free.
