the lady working here refused to serve me. i walked up at 5pm because it said it was open. however, i waited there for a few minutes, and the lady said they were closed. i was confused , but it’s whatever. 20 minutes later, i walked by again, and she was serving not one but TWO other people. so i waited in line because i wanted a smoothie…but she said she was closed! 5 minutes later, i walked by once more and she was serving someone else. at this point, i don’t feel safe ordering a smoothie from her, so i didn’t. please look into your staff and thoroughly reevaluate their performance, because this was simply unacceptable. this...

There need to be people behind the register that can understand your costumers especially when it comes to asking about things pertaining to allergies. We struggled so much to communicate that I was worried she would not fulfill my allergy requests. Then when I got the drink it was disgusting. It’s watery and bland.
