06/20/25 UPDATE: This company LIED in their response to this review below. To be crystal clear, they are not required to charge this fee and some other restaurants at the airport DO NOT charge it. This business stated "We are simply abiding by the airport's policies" - FALSE! This fee is not an airport policy nor is it compulsory!!!! PHL Airport authority "allows" charging a fee, but they do not require it. It is elective and it's BS. Other honest restaurants in the airport do not charge it. They add a 3% "wage and benefit" surcharge to all bills. Who do these people think they are??? Why wouldn't you just raise the menu prices by 3%. I like businesses that don't do asinine things and value transparency and honesty - this is not one of them! I mean how dumb can you be? Why stop there, why not add a napkin fee, a utility surcharge, a credit card processing fee - why not take every single damn line item on your P&L and add it as a surcharge to the bill! It's armature hour here apparently.

I should've taken a picture of the pizza before I ate it but I didn't get the chance too. Hands down, the best pizza I've had in an airport, EVER. The employees were kind and patient. This was my first time eating here. I had a slice of plain and their spinach, ricotta and red sauce pie. It was unbelievably good. The next time I come through PHL, I will definitely be stopping here again. I ordered a cannoli to go and actually met the owner while I was checking out. Very nice Italian and he gave me his business card for his other concepts. I highly recommend eating here when passing through the airport. Mangia!

Came here because of good reviews. This place is average. Only a few pizzas to select from that are not “standard toppings”. And only 2 pizzas with protein My group ordered: 1. Spinach/ricotta cheese pizza - 3 of 5 2. Cheese pizza - 3 of 5 3. Mushroom/onion - 4 of 5 4. Buffalo pizza - 0 of 5 (Way too spicy and too much sauce. It was like a soup) we did ask to change the specialty pizza to a regular cheese and they said no. Take a look at the pic. Atmosphere is like a school cafeteria. I’d recommend trying someplace else in this airport. Safe travels!

On 9-8-22, close to 7 pm, I purchased from them. I was impressed with the pizza but the staff was terrible. 3 American Airline employees came in as I was paying. They bunched very close to me but I let it go. I go to pickup my pizza where the food is, the female employee redirects me to pickup at the already blocked cash register where male employee was. I tried to get my food, the American Airline employees kept blocking me and forced me to say excuse me to get by. I knew they were blocking on purpose. Where I come from, sounds weird, but people feel interrupted when you say excuse me and is customary to kind of just get around, and people move when they see you. I got chewed off by these women, and I even apologized to avoid confrontation since I felt threatened, they kept going on even after I left, loud enough for me to hear. They claim to be "educating" people, when in fact, they are JUDGING. This could have been avoided had the employee just hand over the food to where I went to pick up since for her was within arms reach. I feel set up, she knew the area was blocked. The older man behind the register did nothing as well. What hurts me the most is women bringing women down. I was just minding my business, I had not slept for over 30 hours. Women complain about inequality, but we attack each other, and it hurts me so much as a minority female. We will never be a team like men are. I have a video of the incident, hopefully people will be honest during investigation with the airline since I was also their own client, an American airlines traveler. By now, they must have bragged so much about stepping on another minority female just like them and just like your female employee. I have never left a review in my life, but I felt very violated, your staff could have stopped by advising the harrasers to please respect the clients. Of course you sided with them since they are Afro American like you, heck, you were even amused since apparently there are no other cultures. You did not care since I already paid. You are a step back for us who are fighting, proposing for equal treatment. Shameful and I feel my fight is useless when women will go out of their way to openly disrespect others in your establishment. And you laugh and side with them. You are not...
