I returned less than 24 hours after buying tires from D&W to have my vehicle aligned. Weeks before my service, I began having problems with a window motor on my vehicle, so I don't let my windows down. It's a drag to get it back up. So I always leave the air conditioner running on warm days, so the vehicle can remain comfortable. When I handed over my keys for service, no one asked any questions about my vehicle. I told the woman at the counter what I needed done. When my vehicle was returned, the serviceman had let my window down and couldn't get it back up. The window motor gave him trouble. When I brought this to the serviceman's attention, he got an attitude because I requested that he get the window back up! Rather than acknowledge that he took a liberty that I didn't give him, he got upset that he was being held accountable for his action. I had to sit for another hour and wait for him to correct his action. He never made an apology, not even for costing me more time!!! I was there for an alignment but he needs an attitude...

Always love coming here. One of my favorites for sure! This place reeeally brings you back in time! Fresh fresh fresh... it's clean and the environment is very nice! Very kind staff. Always asking if we need anything.. opening the doors for us. Temperature in the building is fine. The store is a bit cramped.. BUT! Just means that it is filled even more awesome things! They sell food.. down to clothing.. and VERY nice clothing. Goood quality. Boots.. jeans.. socks.. belts.. baby clothes. They have fresh peas! Of all sorts! They have fresh meat! Very delicious bacon! They are known for it! Fresh veggies and fruits.. candy.. plants.. crawfish boil seasonings and even the equipment. Candy. Breads. Dog and cat food! This place has it all! Come visit for sure! I absolutely 10 out of 10...

Someone said their prices are high--simply not true!! When you compare the same product in a dept store/boutique, you'll find Williams Bros are AT LEAST 1/3 lower in price. They have great quality clothing for the whole family, shoes, boots, farm stuff, accessories, groceries & more!! All of the staff are friendly & helpful as they are locals who love it like we do. Most of them have been there for years, which says a lot about the owners! They seem to treat their employees well because they care about them and their customers - as is seen by the repeat business all thru the years. I'm 65 yrs old and I grew up going to Williamsville & was always super excited to get to go - still am!! Neshoba County...
