Krystal — Restaurant in Philadelphia

This is the LAST time I come to this location. This used to be an okay place to eat in town, I like the fries, but the service here has REALLY gone downhill lately. Incompetent cashiers. Las time I was here they lost my order by the time I went from the order box to the drive thru window…AND I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN LJNE!! this time they couldn’t get 2 orders in 1 correct, manager came by and screeeed things up more…. Just incompetent people running this place. I’m normally forgiving when it comes to fast food, but this was totally unacceptable. I usually don’t do negative reviews, but I had to this one because the service was so bad. The manager or whoever got so offended when I asked where was my drink and he claimed I didn’t order a combo when I clearly ordered 2 different combos in the first place before ruining the entire order. This is the second time we visited this location in the past two weeks. After the first time I said I would never go back. My son coming in from college and wanted Krystal. The girl taking the order couldn’t talk without slurring. Had to repeat my order 4 times at speaker and again at window. I ordered my son Krystal and me chik Krystal they were wrong after having to repeat order so many times. I do not order spicy. If she would have paid attention to what she was doing and not worry about what co workers were talking about she may have been able to get order right. There is a name on the receipt but who knows if that is even right. I use to love going to this location. It is awful now would rather drive to Jackson just for better service. Hi I'm captain Ray, I'm 78 and handicapped I stopped in to eat breakfast paid for a sunrise breakfast they brought it to the counter and handed it to me. I went over to the table and open the box. They said I could not eat in there. Can I caught me off guard I was looking around for the breakfast trimmings like jelly and honey. There was nothing to be found. The tables were perfectly clean Salt and Pepper or anything for breakfast. I exited the building got in my car ate breakfast.
