Factory Connection — Local services in Philadelphia

This was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I have had in years!!! I had been shopping in several of the stores in Philadelphia, MS and decided to shop @Factory Connection. I entered the store at approximately 1:30 PM Sunday afternoon. As I entered, the sensor chimed to alert the staff that a customer had entered the store. There was only 1 customer & the sales clerk in the store when I entered. Although I was not greeted, I continued to browse and made a few selections for purchase. Moments into my shopping experience, two other patrons entered the store. The same sensor chimed to alert the staff of someone entering. The sales clerk greeted them. I became agitated and returned the items I selected to their tracks. I exited the store feeling quite bothered. I decided to reenter the store to see if I would get a different reaction from the clerk. Perhaps she was REALLY busy when I first entered the store. I know she can hear, because she greeted the customers who entered after I did, when the chime alerted her. So upon my 2nd entry into Factory Connection, I made eye contact with the clerk and smiled. She looked at me and turned away. I wonder WHY? I approached the counter and asked what her name was and she quiety replied "Laurie". As I exited the store, I saw two other patrons approaching & I shared my experience with them. They said they had a very similar experience several days ago @ this location & they decided to return on Sunday to see if they would have a different experience. I wished them luck!
