I looked this place up a few weeks back and decided to book an appointment. You go online and book and it's a $20 reservation fee to hold your spot and it goes towards your in store purchase. Had to book mine a week out because apparently they are very busy. They take up to 2 people per appointment for 30 minutes. My mom and I got there a half an hour early and the employee got us in right away because the previous appointment canceled. We spent less than 10 minutes choosing our bracelets. They are all labeled and laid out so you can choose. The tricky part is that online they don't tell much in the way of prices. All I can recall was that the website said they were $65+. I assumed the sterling silver ones were probably the $65 variety and the necklaces or anklets were more. When you arrive they let you look at the selection then you scan their QR code where they have the prices listed. I think there may have only been one $65 if I can recall. All the others ranged from $85 to over $100. That was very unexpected to say the least. I was expecting to pay $65ish plus tip. Totally caught me off guard. We didn't want to just walk out because the prices were outrageous so we decided to go ahead and get our bracelets. Both of ours were the $95 variety. The employee was fairly fast and efficient. One other detail I discovered was that they only use jump rings to weld the 2 chain ends together. I wasn't a big fan of that method since I had gotten the gunmetal bracelet. I was told I could have a gold or silver jump ring. I suggested taking a link from my chain and opening it up and welding it so my bracelet would be complete and seamless. The employee thought that was a great idea but wasn't sure of the execution. It was figured out and I got my bracelet done sans the unmatching jump ring. Overall the place was very cute but I think it was very overpriced especially for the whole jump ring disturbing the whole point of the seamless bracelet. I'd recommend if you don't mind the high prices or the mediocrity of the...
Read moreUPDATE: The owner of the shop helped me and my mom and allowed us to come in a few weeks after our original appt to get the chain adjusted. She was so kind and the new chain is SO much better (and not restrictive or pressing into my skin). Thank YOU ALINX for having GREAT customer service for a small business. I will be recommending them to my friends/anyone looking for perm jewelry in phoenix!!
ORIGINAL POST (4/27/25): Im sad to say it, but I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service I’ve experienced with Alinx Jewelry. My family and I came in on a Saturday for permanent bracelets, and while the appointment itself was enjoyable, the aftermath has been far from it.
I realized in the coming hours after the appointment, the bracelet I received was way too tight, leaving deep impressions in my skin and causing significant irritation. I reached out privately on April 22nd with a message detailing the issue, even including that I had photos of the irritation and that I hoped it could be corrected quickly.
However, as of now, I’ve received no response whatsoever. There is no customer service email listed on the website, and ignoring a customer with a clear issue—especially one involving physical discomfort—is incredibly unprofessional and simply disheartening. Especially for the price paid!
I had hoped to support a small business, but I can't recommend Alinx Jewelry if this is how they treat their customers after a problem arises. Permanent jewelry should be a fun and meaningful experience, not one that leaves lasting marks and...
Read moreHighly highly would recommend this place to anyone looking for a permanent jeweler in the Phoenix area. I originally was not satisfied with the service performed, my anklet fell off within a week and it happened while I was on vacation so there was no way of me being able to retrace my steps and find it. After getting in contact with Kenna, she was immediately committed to fixing my issue and making sure I had the best customer experience possible.
She accommodated getting me a new appointment to get the anklet re-welded with a new chain - free of charge - for whatever time that best suited me. They originally had a 60 day warranty to get any jewelry re-welded for free if you still had the chain. Kenna personally let me know that after my experience, they will be changing the policy to allow a limited time replacement for lost chains. This is so rare in this industry which is why this place truly is so incredible!!!! She saw a problem and without hesitation fixed it for me and future customers to ensure that we all have the best experience possible. I am so glad that I gave Alinx a second chance and could not imagine going to any other permanent jeweler after this incredible experience.
I saw Abby for my second appointment and she was so great! She made me feel so comfortable and excited about my new anklet. She was so sweet and very thorough in her...
