Wally Burger — Restaurant in Glendale

I went here the other night and the service and food was really good. The cashier was very upbeat and friendly. Got the mikey burger that was very good even tho they forgot the cheese sauce it was still good. Got the pizza also pretty good. It was just a bummer today i took my daughter and wow what a difference from night to day cashier. She acted irritated because we kept adding food to our order. I would think they would like a big sale like that. At 1 point when i asked for sauce on the side she rolled her eyes. I almost just left but i was tired from shopping and didnt want to stop somewhere else. Also i upgraded my fries to cheese fries and was disappointed it was fries with a very small container of cheese sauce which cost 1.29 to upgrade. The pictures show the cheese on the fries, this little container will barely cover my fries. My daughter took hers home and just sent me a video with her burger burnt and the rolls were like dough. And it didnt look like it had all the cheese on it like i had the night before. I would suggest going at night time.

Update to response: yes we recieved 3. I thought there would only be 3 because 1 for her mikey burger (which remember i didnt get mine from the night before) we thought 1 for the fries and we ordered and paid for an extra 1. So if i was supposed to get 2 for the fries there should have been...

It was a really great atmosphere with all the superhero memorabilia on the wall and all around the shop, the serving counter literally had comic book pages as a wallpaper on it. Several life size states you can take pictures of just don't touch them. As far as the food goes they have a very wide variety of what they have to offer and several specialty burgers. I had the cheesy Mike and my wife had the pastrami Mike. My wife absolutely loved the pastrami Mike, I on the other hand had an okay burger. The thinness of the patty took away all juiciness of the burger making for a bit of a throw off of the taste. As well as the kinds of cheese placed on the burger had way to clashing of flavors to enjoy the burger itself but I do feel it it were to be served on a brioche bun and toasted as a grilled cheese with a medium doneness to it over the well cooked burger on the king Hawaiian rolls it would have made it more, but the clahing if the Hawaiian role also made it a little underwhelming. All in all I would give this restaurant a 4½ stars if I could because I don't believe my personal opinion should stop others from trying this burger if you love cheesy burgers this is the one for you. Buuuut the true superhero is Promise.💕💕 She always remembers us, greets us with the warmest smile, and treats us like family every single time. Her kindness and energy are unmatched! ❤️

The food? Absolutely incredible. The menu is wide and varied—everything from juicy burgers and flavorful gyros to crispy fish sandwiches, snappy hot dogs, and even fried Oreos! And don’t sleep on that Mighty Sauce… it needs to be bottled ASAP. 🔥

They’ve also got free video games for the kids, great movies always playing, and a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere that feels like home.
