If i could give it half a star I would. I have had bad experiences at target like being over charged. Today I went into target for shampoo and conditioner, shaving cream and hair spray and I had 3 coupons for 5 items . My brother was with me and he is the one who suggested we stop by target instead of Walmart. When I was checking out the lady at the self checkout asked if I was using any coupons I said yes, I showed her and she kept telling me that wasn’t the coupon for the shampoo and I calmly said I have this shampoo and this conditioner and they are both in the picture. She argued with me and I asked if she could please ask someone to come help us and her response was “you people will try to do anything to get away with using so many coupons, I’ve heard the excuse it’s for my grandma or mom. I’ve heard everything” I was really upset but I didn’t want to make a scene. In my transaction I was getting shaving cream for my husband she saw that my brother had one shaving cream for himself and two shampoos different brand than mine. She told him he couldn’t make that transaction I explained to her that we weren’t even in the same household and that I would even show her my ID and my brother his so she could see he lived close by and I lived 20 min Away. When someone else got there they checked my coupon and she said it was for the right shampoo, she scanned it and no problem. I felt so humiliated. I understand some people use many coupons but I don’t think I or anyone for that matter should be treated how I was treated today for 3 coupons. I had a gift card from when they rang up my transaction wrong and they refunded it with a gift card and I did not know how to pull it up and asked her for help and she wouldn’t help she said I should learn how to use it. so I paid everything with...
Read moreI never had an issue here until I had my baby in october. I was in the store a lot while on maternity leave and I guess that’s why I got followed a lot, along with having a newborn baby in her car seat. My husband notice every time we went in we were being followed by employees and security. I could deal with that. I started just taking her out of her car seat and holding her while shopping since most times I just got a couple things. What I can’t deal with is the last 2 times I’ve been in there the employees have been rude. While checking out one day I was holding my baby and had my 6 year old also. I paid for my stuff and went to leave. The cashier yelled that I forgot my groceries. When I turned around to go back to them she gave me a look like did I expect her to put them in my cart? Yes I did expect her to. They always do. Me holding a 5 month old usually they would be nicer and helpful but this cashier had a bad attitude. And then tonight something rung up differently than what it said on the shelf. They had a manager scan it and said it was the price it rang up. I told her she needed to have someone check it as that was not what the tag on the shelf said. She told me I could go back and take a picture of it otherwise I would be charged what it rung up. Me issue isn’t that it rung up incorrectly but the attitude I received from a MANAGER. The cashier was much nicer and said she would make sure she would have someone check it. Any other store would have someone go check the shelf and they have before when something rung up as $0 why not when something rings up for twice...
Read moreThis Target is alright. It's the closest one, so it's "my" Target by default. The customer service at this location is not the best. Employees are often rude, and very short with their responses. I went to pickup an online order and the rep was very rude, and treated me like I was up to no good. I gave him my email confirmation and that should have been enough, but then I questioned about my last name, as if I was trying to take someone else's order. I feel this location needs a refresher in quality customer service and being polite to people. This Target also is notorious for only having one check out lane opened, forcing you to use the self check out, which when you have more than a handful of item, is a big inconvenience. The Makeup/beauty section is always under stocked. I have a very hard time finding what I need. I usually have to go all the way to Arrowhead to get most of my products. Which, again, is very inconvenient. It is a clean store, and the Starbucks at this location is it's saving grace. This Starbucks is fantastic(most of the time). Ken is the best! to sum it up, I go here b/c it's close, but not the...
