Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Glendale

On my way here to this Little Caesars location, I was reading all the reviews and I started to panic 😬 I thought, welp you came this far just Go, so I did. They were fairly busy and my wait was about 3 minutes. (Not bad) I asked the cashier, who was Super friendly and very Kind, if they had any Crazy Puffs ready. She said they did. When it was my turn to order I asked for the Crazy Puffs Crave Combo. She said, "I don't think we have that here because we have combos with 2 leiters of soda not the 20 oz." I showed her on my phone and she looked in her register and she said, "Oh! We have that? I never saw that before." I giggled and told her I would like to order the combo. She very kindly told me that I can help myself to the 20 oz. Pepsi. Personally, I think that management needs to go over the menus with their employees especially if it's a new product. Now, the reviews about the food were, sad to say, on point. I made the best of the crazy puffs I got. I was hungry and I decided that I will definitely get the Crazy Puffs again, just at a different location because of the sad condition of the way my food looked and was made. One of the crazy puffs was much smaller than the other 3, as you can see in the picture. (lower right corner) Then again, I could have asked for fresh ones I'm guessing. The store was clean, the staff were so friendly and the location is in a perfect spot. Outside the store the lot was clean as well. I enjoyed this visit, sadly the food was dry, hard, barely warm and extra crunchy. If I had a mustache, (like the ones in the commercials) it wouldn't be flying around all happy, it would have jerked my head away from the food and flew off...

The quality it seems every little Caesars pizzas are dropping off the charts. They used to be a decent pizza chain. There food and service has just gotten so bad. Just look at the picture. I had asked for them to make a pizza light on the sauce and they made it heavy on the sauce , light on the cheese. And it was way under cooked. Which is actually a change from the usual of being burnt. They might be less $ than most other pizza chains. But they are definitely not even worth the money they're charging people. The average employee attitude is that of total irritation. Like how dare you interrupt me goofing off with the other employees in back. A couple of weeks ago they were giving away collector cups with the purchase of pizza, bread sticks, and a 2 liter of soda. The employee told my girlfriend & I they were out of cups . When just 5 feet from the counter my girlfriend pointed out to me a back pack with about 20 of the cups stacked up sticking out of the bag. Oh you're out because you have to take home enough for your super bowl party. Ok I see. I've had it with this company. I would recommend just trying something else like Samurai Sam's or Chipotle instead. Every Samurai Sam's I've ever gone to the service has been polite and fast. They've never left me standing waiting for 45 min for my order. Because they forgot about the order. And couldn't see my 6'1" 230lb self just...

I've gone to this Little Caesars twice a week for the last 2 years and in the last 6 months I am so disgusted and cannot even believe the pieces that they're putting out that they all have not been returned yesterday I ordered two pizzas online tracked my order 3 minutes later they were ready when I picked him up and it looks like they had been reheated and reeboxed . Had it not been so rainy and my children starving I would have had them open up the boxes to my regret I got home they were horrible you can tell what they had done cheese was all burnt on top the crust don't even have a word to describe try calling the store no one ever answers one pizza actually my son was so hungry took a bite and spit it out it tasted like it was spoiled again I had the weather not been so bad I would have driven to four miles back to this location and through the boxes on whoever was at the counter that's how pissed I am because this is not happened once twice it has happened eight times you would think I would find another Little Caesars this one is convenient and I believe in second chances so trust and believe when you open up today Little Caesars I will be there with your bad Pizza and I not only do I respect expect a refund I want new pieces to replace it and somebody really really needs to step it up you're an embarrassment to...
