Went through the drive-thru around 10pm last night (Fri, Nov 11). My friend and I were asked to wait about 10 minutes as they did a shift change. No problem, my friend and I didn't mind. When we could order, I asked for a breakfast burrito without any meat (vegetarian). I strategically said "no meat" to keep it simple to avoid confusion by listing a bunch of ingredients it may ir may not have.
When I get the item and check it, not only does it have bacon on it, but it appears to actually contain extra. My friend and I drive back around, wait in line again, and pull back up to the window. When we say that we specifically asked for it without any meat, explaining I'm a vegetarian, the poor girl at the window didnt know what to do and went and got who I assume is the manager. He rudely insisted there wasn't any meat on it and said he needed to see it (horrible customer service! You should never acuse a customer of lying or use any kind of tone like that) My friend, nearest to the window, unwrapped it and showed him that it was indeed covered in bacon. No apology, nothing. We were instructed to again go pull forward and wait. I may add that we were on a time crunch.
About 5 minutes later, the girl from the counter came running up and handed it to me. This time it was correct. She did apologize and was sweet but the manager guy was not and needs some retraining in customer service and inaccuracy resolution.

Read moreUPDATE: on July 15th at 9:38PM my husband went again to try and order from there again, where the women working told him once again that they were closed, he asked what the hours of operations where because it says 24 hours and she replied with "oh we are just short staffed". Why clock in, go to work, if you're only going to turn down every customer before they even order and say you're closed?!! At this point are ya'll hiring?! Because I'd like to get paid just to sit on by butt as well EASY MONEY! This morning after my 12:33AM original review I did go to the owners website that he put below and filled it out, have not heard anything from them at all.
On July 15th at 12:33 AM my husband went to order us some food. He was told they were closed but the Google hours say drive thru is 24 hours. This is the 3rd time this has happened to us personally. After reading reviews it seems like this location does nothing but say they are closed to avoid actually working on multiple occasions. My husband had to drive to the one on 59th Ave an olive and it seemed they were packed at this time, assumed all the cars this one turned down had to drive to the other location.

Read moreI ordered a BBQ Deluxe Sandwich with extra BBQ ( so I can make sure it's not dry) and when I got home I went to eat my dinner the sandwich was cold and hard my curly fries were the same exact as the burger cold as can be. I work from 9am to 2am Monday thru Thursday so as soon as I get home I just want to put a lil something in my stomach and call it a night! I was so tired I fell asleep. I called the next day on my way home from work and explained the situation to Melanie who claimed to be the manager she denied me a remake I didn't ask for a refund I just wanted the burger and fries made fresh. She told me no because as soon as I get my order I need to pull over and check that it is correct. I live exactly 2 minutes from this location and have been coming to this location for years! I've spent so much money here. We hardly ever have had a problem and if we did the previous manager would always be willing to replace anything that was messed up missing or Not what it's supposed to be! As mentioned my work schedule is very long and tiring so trying so I went to bed hungry last night . I have my receipt and she said she can't do a thing for us.
