No star if I could. Bought a new flag two weeks ago. New pole set a week ago. Flag too big for the pole, went back to get a bigger pole and told they didn't sell them. Told I shouldn't have bought a big flag because they are not for hanging from the side of a house. I said I was buying for that purpose and sold that flag. Defensive, offering no solution and no suggestion of how to fix the problem like trade for a smaller flag. Asked if I could get a refund on the pole, no and then changed her mind asking if I had a receipt. I have bought from your store for several years, pay more because I like to support local businesses but you have lost my business. I will go back to buying on line and live with a pole and a flag...
