Super Bowl Monday, game over and the Airport is jammed. We knew it would be this way and just wanted a bite before boarding the flight to San Francisco. Lines were 20- 30 minutes for any sit down, so we thought we'd get a couple of sandwiches and chips to eat. We had refilled our water and stopped here for some grab 'n go. Two crummy sandwiches and two bags of chips: $55.00.

The manager was so rude. They had a small hole in one of their cushion pillows that I didn’t notice..( bc of the packaging hiding it) and as soon as I took off the packaging, all the small little stuffing balls came out … she literally accused me of ripping off the tags and making the hole myself.. in a matter of 20 seconds of me leaving . Like wow. She was extremely hateful and condescending and straight up called me and my sister a liar. She should be fired. It was a short older white entitled lady with glasses.
