iâm really upset with my experience here. i work in food service, i totally understand the rush of a coffee place in the morning and things getting lost or mixed up, but i waited on a sugar plum danish for 30 mins. i went up the first time after 15 mins mentioning i hadnât received it yet, and the woman calling out the drinks told me in a condescending tone that i just need to wait for it, so i did. another five minutes pass, i still hadnât received it and other people got their food orders so i went and asked about it again. the lady again told me in the same tone to wait for my food. another five minutes had passed and i had still been waiting for it so i went up to the counter and spoke to the same woman. she proceeded to ignore me and walk away, so i got the attention of another barista and mentioned how i hadnât received my danish. she took care of it right away and had it warmed up. unfortunately it wasnât even warm but i left with it anyways because i was tired of waiting around. i had also ordered a ginger bread chai and it tasted like a regular chai, it had no light ice as i requested, as well as missing the cold foam. i didnât even find it worth it to go back to ask for a remake of my drink as it felt like my complaint would have been ignored or...
Read moreIf you have to fly in sky harbor avoid the Starbucks outside of F gates . Go to the one attached to the corner market. I asked for a venti cappuccino 2 shots light foam . Was told by the older lady at the counter that I wanted a latte. No , a latte is a lot of milk and little coffee. I requested again 2 shots vt cappuccino , and explained again i like a lot of coffee light foam , not 3/4 of coffee with heavy foam, the other attendees were snickering. I was again ridiculed and spoke down too. I have had Starbucks all over the world and this lady tells me I donât know what Iâm talking about? I donât think so. Spelled my name incorrectly didnât even to bother to call it out, order was incorrect. Save yourself the hassle go to the one attached to the corner market. I requested the exact same thing at the corner market it was not an issue. Imagine that . Save yourself the headache , avoid these employees. Threw away the drink, if I behaved like the baristaâs at work , Iâd be fired. Very rude , unprofessional, condescending. Definitely needs new employees or massive retraining. At this point I not will continue spending my money at Starbucks. Will no longer support this business. Go to Peetâs at the airport instead of here. Staff...

My visit started off promisingâone of the baristas was very kind and helpful to me and my sister, which I appreciated. But things took a turn when I returned to question my drink.
At 3 a.m. on April 15th, I ordered a tall vanilla oat milk latte. Once I got to my gate and took a sip, I realized it tasted offâlike it was just steamed oat milk with no espresso. The color confirmed it: barely a hint of brown once the foam settled. So I walked all the way back to let them know something was wrong and kindly asked if they could fix it.
The girl at the register didnât know what to do and called over who seemed to be the manager. Without even really checking the drink, she dismissed me with, âWell, you drank some of it,â and refused to remake it. I had only taken a couple of sips trying to figure out what was off. I ended up having to pay for an extra shot of espresso just to make the drink remotely close to what I originally ordered.
So in the end, I spent $15 on a latte they got wrongâand wouldnât take responsibility for. If they were wearing name tags, Iâd be calling them out by name.
Really disappointing...
