Had some time to kill before our Sunday morning flights so we stopped here for some breakfast and beverages right after they opened. We both got the Double Smoked Bacon and Egg Sandwich, my friend got coffee and I got Strawberry Dragonfruit Lemonade. Everything was perfect, the sandwiches were really good, and it wasn't as expensive as I anticipated. It did take several minutes to get through the line, order, and receive our orders, but no longer than expected given how busy they were. We got a table around the corner and sat there until we headed to our gates. I was boarding at F Gates and my friend at E Gates, so the central location between the two was perfect. It's unfortunate so many people only write reviews when they have a negative experience, hope this balances things out a little because our experience was great.

Service fine nice and friendly, Drinks fine, I used to enjoy Starbucks banana bread, but lately it’s been disappointing. The slice I got this visit was very dry, and the walnuts tasted old and stale almost like they had a weird, musty smell. I checked the packaging and saw it was produced on May 8, 2025… and I bought it almost 2 months later. No wonder it didn’t taste fresh. Starbucks really needs to rotate stock better or shorten the shelf life for baked goods. Banana bread should be moist and flavorful, not dry and full of stinky walnuts. Unfortunately, I won’t be buying it again unless the quality improves.

I just ordered a coffee latte and I asked it to be not so hot , however, I got it hot. I was already farther at my seat and didn’t get back . The girls lacked some energy …well well. It’s all good, at least I did not have to wait long for it.

i’m really upset with my experience here. i work in food service, i totally understand the rush of a coffee place in the morning and things getting lost or mixed up, but i waited on a sugar plum danish for 30 mins. i went up the first time after 15 mins mentioning i hadn’t received it yet, and the woman calling out the drinks told me in a condescending tone that i just need to wait for it, so i did. another five minutes pass, i still hadn’t received it and other people got their food orders so i went and asked about it again. the lady again told me in the same tone to wait for my food. another five minutes had passed and i had still been waiting for it so i went up to the counter and spoke to the same woman. she proceeded to ignore me and walk away, so i got the attention of another barista and mentioned how i hadn’t received my danish. she took care of it right away and had it warmed up. unfortunately it wasn’t even warm but i left with it anyways because i was tired of waiting around. i had also ordered a ginger bread chai and it tasted like a regular chai, it had no light ice as i requested, as well as missing the cold foam. i didn’t even find it worth it to go back to ask for a remake of my drink as it felt like my complaint would have been ignored or...

If you have to fly in sky harbor avoid the Starbucks outside of F gates . Go to the one attached to the corner market. I asked for a venti cappuccino 2 shots light foam . Was told by the older lady at the counter that I wanted a latte. No , a latte is a lot of milk and little coffee. I requested again 2 shots vt cappuccino , and explained again i like a lot of coffee light foam , not 3/4 of coffee with heavy foam, the other attendees were snickering. I was again ridiculed and spoke down too. I have had Starbucks all over the world and this lady tells me I don’t know what I’m talking about? I don’t think so. Spelled my name incorrectly didn’t even to bother to call it out, order was incorrect. Save yourself the hassle go to the one attached to the corner market. I requested the exact same thing at the corner market it was not an issue. Imagine that . Save yourself the headache , avoid these employees. Threw away the drink, if I behaved like the barista’s at work , I’d be fired. Very rude , unprofessional, condescending. Definitely needs new employees or massive retraining. At this point I not will continue spending my money at Starbucks. Will no longer support this business. Go to Peet’s at the airport instead of here. Staff...

Disappointed and Overcharged for a Mistake They Refused to Fix

My visit started off promising—one of the baristas was very kind and helpful to me and my sister, which I appreciated. But things took a turn when I returned to question my drink.

At 3 a.m. on April 15th, I ordered a tall vanilla oat milk latte. Once I got to my gate and took a sip, I realized it tasted off—like it was just steamed oat milk with no espresso. The color confirmed it: barely a hint of brown once the foam settled. So I walked all the way back to let them know something was wrong and kindly asked if they could fix it.

The girl at the register didn’t know what to do and called over who seemed to be the manager. Without even really checking the drink, she dismissed me with, “Well, you drank some of it,” and refused to remake it. I had only taken a couple of sips trying to figure out what was off. I ended up having to pay for an extra shot of espresso just to make the drink remotely close to what I originally ordered.

So in the end, I spent $15 on a latte they got wrong—and wouldn’t take responsibility for. If they were wearing name tags, I’d be calling them out by name.

Really disappointing...
