I was incredibly disappointed with my experience here due to Alex today. His negative attitude and demeanor made everyone he encountered miserable. He was snippy when asked if the store had a bacon gouda sandwich, short with questions about the drinks, didnât display his knowledge of product, and he said the store was unable to load a Starbucks card after the transaction. If the airport rules are different, it is understandable. However, his delivery was curt, snippy, and a poor reflection of Starbucks. With only one man behind us, he didnât offer to help in any way, losing us Stars. The only thing he expounded on was about how he couldnât possibly do anything to help the Stars and tried to keep talking until exhausting his audience. When I worked at Starbucks, we had a function to save the order, even if his claim is true that they canât add money to a Starbucks card after the order. Perhaps he is just incapable or canât be bothered, which reflects poorly on the company and this storeâs management. Then, after taking orders, he proceeded to loudly vent about how he applied to assistant manager and manager roles elsewhere, how he was unhappy at this location (it showed), and while the two other baristas slowly moved. He offered no help, which was baffling to me. As a former Starbucks barista, if I was ringing and no one else was in line or around, I would support my coworkers. However, he just stood in their way, keeping the girl on warming from reaching the counter to deliver our sandwiches. Me and my girlfriend are vegans and had a terrible experience at this place which was terminal d or b, the one where it's almost closed in like a regular Starbucks. So the staff was beyond unprofessional and extremely rude especially this chubby female with piercing through her nose. All we requested was a vegan impossible burger with a plain bagel since their regular bread is not vegan friendly. So 1st they said ok, and they prepared it and we were about to walk out when I noticed cheese and like maybe a egg on there. So I told them miss we are vegans and didn't want cheese which I did tell them. So then they r like ok wait we will redo it. After waiting for so long I ask them and they r like we don't think we have more vegan burgers but she will search again. Then she comes back and gives it to us in a rude way saying oh this is the last time we will do this and we don't do this at all in a very rude and loud tone insulting us. And also the short girl wearing a cap is not nice to us either. Then AGAIN we notice a egg omelet on our burger. The most unreliable and WORST customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Oh and not to mention they charge us extra just for oatmilk which was so greedy as he'll on their end just cuz we didn't want dairy milk. They Gota fire the whole staff here and replace them ASAP or else they will be out of business as all the negative reviews on here say. The staff was extremely rude and seemed not bothered with the fact that most orders were taking over 20-25 minutes. I ordered via the app @0655, said i was supposed to get my coffee at 0706⌠morning rush lots of people there⌠i expected it to be a little longer. At 0725⌠i inquired if i had the right starbucks coz people in the line who would order after me,were getting orders fairly quickly and i was still waiting. The older lady with an accent was irritated and ignored me.. TSA guy was there is the one that confirmed my location was right.i also inquired if they had an time for my order and if i could cancel if i wasnât close coz by this time my flight is boarding. She just shrugged and rolled her eyes, said i can do whatever i want but she canât cancel my order⌠after 30minutes, is it soo hard to confirm someone order or better yet⌠dont be rude?
