WORST PANERA EVER!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. The service is terrible, cashier Teresa was rude and downright disrespectful. I asked for decaf coffee and she snapped at me said "we don't do decaf, order something else" I ordered a breakfast sandwich that was listed on the menu board a over easy egg and cheese , she yet again snapped at me and said we don't do that here either , order something else. It's up on their menu board plain as day but they don't do it,Gotta love it!! Bagel was not even fully toasted and when I mentioned that I did not get any utensils for my meal she told me to check my bag again , then once I told her that there was none in there she said fine and then thew them in my bag rolled her eyes and walked away. Told I was not able to order a smoothie or a latte cause they don't have the people.
Customer service sucks, and they don't even have food or drinks that is listed on their own menu boards. What is the point of being open early in the morning if you won't provide the basics that customers are looking for and that you advertise.
Better off going to Starbucks...

I recently visited Panera Bread, expecting a satisfying meal, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor food quality. Upon inspecting my bread slice, I was dismayed to find mold growing along the side. To make matters worse, my broccoli and cheddar soup contained a strange, unidentifiable object floating in it. The sight and thought of consuming such contaminated food were utterly unappetizing.
Needless to say, I had no choice but to discard my entire meal, which was not only frustrating but also a waste of money. I expect a higher standard of quality and cleanliness from a reputable establishment like Panera Bread. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I hesitate to return. Liz the manager. Useless . For an airport location the wait time is atrocious. I literally wasted 30 minutes waiting for my foood that I needed a refund for because my plane was boarding, leaving me to purchase cheese and crackers from a convenience store in the airport quickly before I boarded. This needs to be addressed, if you have high volume you should staff and manage the team to move quickly. The staff was in the back laughing and playing around, not making orders. I asked the front person who was handing out orders how much longer it will be, he informed me that the sandwich needed to be remade because they made a mistake.
