Went in to purchase a blanket and when the cashier read the barcode on the item, it came up $12.99. She proceeded to tell me that I could not purchase the item at that price and that the price would be $25.99, so I grabbed another blanket and it also came out on their computer register to $12.99. She went to the back and came back with her manager who then told me that the price was $25.99. I told my wife what happened and she went to inquire about the blanket, they told her $34.99. Wowww!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRRRRRRRERRR!!! I was treated BEYOND rudely by the lady at the counter. When I asked her name she said “My name is Donna and I am the number 1 sales person here”! She was so condescending and nasty and I cannot BELIEVE that someone would think it’s a good idea to employ someone so rude! I turned around and left the store, after speaking to someone who was supposedly a supervisor ( I don’t think she was, I think she just got a random person) I will be following up on what happened but SHAME ON YOU for treating people this way! This is a beautiful store, but I’m surprised they can stay in business because the customer service is so lousy. There should be more than one person on the floor. The lone woman working stayed behind the counter, but much of the merch is locked in displays. After she unlocked a case and showed me a pair of earrings, she scurried back to the counter rather than asking me what else I’d like to see.
