There is no doubt that she does good work from the photos but she lacks compassion and is all about $. I had an appointment scheduled with Zorana that I couldn’t keep because my niece died. I texted her explaining that I needed to cancel the appointment because of the death and travel out of the state and requested a refund. She kindly said the following “ Hi. Im sorry for your loss. Deposits are not refundable especially when someone has already rescheduled once. I have outlined the verbiage when you booked. Thanks” I rescheduled previously because of COVID-19. I wasn’t aware that I would loose a $150 deposit. Even if that’s her policy is it fair to keep that big of a deposit for something like a death and then to “Thank me” at the end to finalize the statement. When I mentioned how insane her lack of compassion was she offered to credit the account for a later date but seriously, this is someone I wouldn’t want in my face at all. Customer Service is a big deal for me especially in a Customer driven business. This may not affect her customer base but hopefully someone who appreciates a business with compassion and strong ethics will see this review and take their business to someone who will appreciate them. Clearly charging $550 to tattoo eyebrows isn’t enough. I hope that $150 gets her over that hurdle because clearly there is one.

Update Zorana is response to your response...it appears that you are also a liar. I only rescheduled ONE time as I stated due to Covid-19 and not NUMEROUS times. I have nothing but respect for small businesses especially minority/women owned small businesses. I don’t have respect for liars. Your response is full of contradictions which is not surprising. If I’m fact you do provide services free of charge for Cancer patients, that is amazing but the fact that you have to advertise it is just an attempt to establish your credibility. Seriously cannot say enough great things about Zorana and her incredible business Brow2Brow!! I originally found her in 2019 about 6 months after my 1st microblading experience w/ another acclaimed "brow artist" in LA (which, after an uncomfortable healing period, left me pretty disappointed with "barely there brows" just a few short months later)! She sensed my trepidation and met me with assuredness- giving me the most perfect (subtle) brows I was looking for. Her healing process was absolutely seamless and a far cry from my earlier experience elsewhere. I finally went for a touch-up about 9 months later and had another great experience with virtually no "healing period" that time around. I recently made an appointment for another "touch-up" (feeling like they were a bit faded and had a big event coming up) and she continued to leave a great impression on me with the most gentle but necessary honesty- that I simply was not ready for a touch-up yet! Of course I would have loved to have that fresh brow feeling again that day, but she was 100% right and gave me the perspective I needed. Naturally, I felt a bit guilty for wasting her time and tried to compensate her (which she refused, giving proof to her integrity and awesome business model once again)!! Needless to say, I trust her implicitly and will be a customer for many...

I reached out to Zorana to inquire on the microblading process/availability and she was such a delight to speak with. Very professional, carrying and promptly returned my call. The last 2-3 years I have done extensive research on the microblading process and various locations providing this service. However, at the end of my research I was still hesitant in booking an appointment. Few days ago, I discovered the Brow2Brow website (wish I had discovered this sooner) and after reviewing Zorana’s work/business, I can honestly say look no further. It’s no surprise that she is already booked 2 months out. Zorana is the ONLY person I trust and feel comfortable to finally get my eyebrows done. Thank you Zorana for your time today.
