Wow. BAD. DO. NOT. WASTE. YOUR. TIME. HERE.!! The manager has his underwear hanging out of his pants, the red headed counter guy could win any award for most unenthusiastic person ever. It was a Wednesday about 3pm, I ordered my food and 11 minutes go by. There were only 3 orders in front of me and every moved as if they were walking in 3 feet of molasses, slowly and with zero interest in getting the job done. Look at the video, they all gave off a vibe of "We don't want to be here" like they were cries for help. Jesus, I get 1-2 disgruntled employees here and there, regularly, but every single one of these employees/management seem like they were "medicated" and projected a palatable feeling in your establishment of truly hating ever second of me being there, like I was a nuisance and how dare I interrupt his quiet time. Never looked me in the eyes...I've felt more appreciated from an AI phone system that isn't even a real person. I used to work at @Diaryqueen 27 years ago and what a precipitous and continuous fall it has been. If you want me to bring Dairy Queen back to its former glory? I can. I WILL. #DairyQueen4Life...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNot sure exactly how to feel about it but I guess so-so. I got a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard and was actually pretty excited about getting it. It was like a whimsical last minute hey this sounds good kind of treat for myself. And when I got it, it had a lid on top which I thought was odd. Iāve never been served a blizzard with a lid and I took the lid off and it was runny, So asked if it was a blizzard and the guy looked confused and I told him Iāve never gotten a blizzard that was so runny. And he told me thatās the standard and because itās mixed with hot fudge it gets runny. So I was just like okay whatever I guess and I took it because there was a line of cars forming behind me. I was mildly dissatisfied because I spent $6 on this and it was less then what I expected and I felt like the guy serving me didnāt even really care. I normally go to the DQ off of bell and the 51. But decided to go here because itās closer to where I live but I guess I picked the wrong location. I guess my Bf was right and if you go anywhere west of 32nd st youāre going to get less then decent...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had the best most unexpected experience today at Dairy Queen. I went in through the drive thru to order a Oreo blizzard birthday cake. Once I got to the drive thru I was greeted by Wyatt who was very sweet. I gave him my card but to my surprise at that time the Dairy Queen was not able to take it. I was worried because I had my 4 children in the car and I did not have another method to pay for this cake that I needed for my son. Wyatt looked at me and said āI canāt turn you away , itās a birthday cake. I will pay for itā. I was completely shocked and had absolutely no words. I really could not believe that was happening to me. I wish he knew how much that meant for me. I am stay at home mom and we live off of one income. He made my day so much easier for me. Words canāt describe how this experience made me feel. I am very thankful because he went beyond. He is an angel and I hope Dairy Queen recognizes this young man for paying out of pocket for a cake that was for a complete stranger. Thank you Wyatt for being so kind you really made our day. This has been forwarded to dairy queen...
