My pharmacy benefits as a nurse at the hospital I am employed by are thru CVS. I am literally switching all of my prescriptions and am willing to pay money out of my own pocket to no longer have any dealings with CVS. The store has literally left me sitting in the drive through for a half hour - telling me an associate would be with me “shortly”, then converted that recorded message to “the pharmacy was now closed for lunch.” I was left sitting there. No one ever came to the window. Then just yesterday I was spoken to so rudely by either the pharmacist or tech I was on the phone with I literally found myself having to remind this person to please be professional. I was incensed. I have been a nurse and worked closely with pharmacists and pharmacies for 20+ years. This was on another level. The pharmacy staff at this location needs immediate attention. After months of bad experiences I am done dealing with this pharmacy on account of having consistently terrible...
Read moreI called to refill a prescription, as usual it took them ~10 minutes to pick up, the person on the phone said they would fill it the next day and I would get a text when it was ready. I never got a text, I logged into my account a couple of days later and saw that they had filled it. I went to pick it up and they said that it'd been filled but my insurance was no longer covering it. Disappointed that nobody could notify me so I could call my doctor or insurance /days ago/ when they found out. Now I will be without my medication for probably a few more days while this gets sorted out. This is not the first time my medication has been delayed because of something like this or that I couldn't get through on the phone and had to physically go to the pharmacy to ask them to fill a prescription. Once this prescription is filled I will be switching to another place. Don't come here if you...
Read moreWorst Customer Service EVER This Pharmacy has the worst recorded ever, they are ALWAYS out of some medicine you have ordered from your doctor for example insulin which is a life necessity for any diabetic. Recently had a prescription placed on special order after a week I was told "What special order?: Out of an insulin I was told to wait for the special order that would be in on Monday ( 3 days away) or I could call around all the CVS to get it filled. NEVER Again. I called 3 other CVS and one gentleman was kind enough to call around for me and found it. This CVS is not the place for anyone who needs a prescription filled. Also I recommend those who have had a problem file a complaint with the state. Maybe then CVS would care. Plus look out they put all your prescriptions on Auto Refill even if you do not...
