Taco Mich & Bar 4 — Restaurant in Phoenix

I have came to this location for years. The reason I come back to only this location is because they have the best ad the most spiciest red sauce than than other places here in the valley. There has been no reason that I haven't put in a review yet for this amazing location I just get full and forget about the man reason I come here because I get put into a coma with tonight is no different lol. But tonight was special here because I have plenty other servers that put in my orders but nonna have ever had a better hospitable one like Joel . He went above and beyond with the customer hospitality tonight and just believe that he deserves this review after the many years I have been going to this location. Thank you so much Joel for providing the amazing service to me today and I very much appreciate how cool you were. If the bosses are reading this please give Joel a raise or a week of paid vacation because this man treated me like a I was at steak house level of service this man deserves all the recognition that I can give to him. I would highly recommend try here a few times just for the amazing food and experience because this is definitely my favorite Mexican restaurant in the valley. P.s. Taco special days here are on Wednesdays so you still can have your favorite spot you enjoy on your taco Tuesday and then come here a day later and get more discounted tacos. Our company comes here for tacos every Wednesday. We call and order in advance since our practice is literally 2 minutes away. Today I called in an order at 11:56pm and the lady asked me if I wanted to pay when I got here or over the phone? I let her know I’d pay when I got there (as we do everytime we order) today I get here to pick up our order and it is still not prepared or even started until I paid when I got here at 12:26pm. I am still waiting on my order as other orders are being put out before my called in order. Extremely frustrating that my lunch is over yet I am still waiting on my food to be prepared. It has been 20 minutes and I am still waiting. I asked the gentleman at the counter what is going on and he said it is a new policy as of today that they don’t prepare food until it is paid for. I usually eat at this place about twice a week and I love it. They have yummy street tacos and the typical food that you would expect from a Mexican restaurant. They’re very fast and inexpensive. On rare occasions they have this girl Samanta working there (I think she only works weekends), who gives them a bad name. Last Saturday she was working there and had a bit of a attitude, not to mention no customer service. I got there an hour and 20 minuets before closing time and she’s talking about not having this and that because they are getting ready to close... Seriously?!? There were other customers that walked in afterwards and after waiting some time they had to ask me if they are still open and if there’s anyone there... I will have a talk with the owner so they can retrain her. But the food and their prices...
