Chica Flowers — Local services in Phoenix

This is the first time I have used Chica Events & Flowers. A week ago my daughter was having surgery and I wanted to send her flowers. I am unfamiliar with the area so I used Google maps and selected the florist closest to Banner hospital. I couldn't have made a better choice. My daughter's favorite flowers are white roses. I didn't see white roses on the website so I contacted them to see if they could make something special. I didn't expect it to be so special but it was just that! It was late in the day when I ordered but the arrangement was delivered the next morning with no delivery charge. I received a text when they were delivered with a picture of the flowers. It wasn't just the flowers that were lovely but the lady that took the order was just as lovely. I was so worried about my daughter's surgery but this lovely kind lady offered concern and blessings. My husband bought me 2 dozen roses for my birthday two days later they were all dry and dead. He didn’t want me to complain but I have never had this happen he always buys me roses for special occasions, and they last at least 2 weeks. I was upset because I know they were expensive so I called and spoke to Perla. I sent her pictures she said she would replace my roses but no vase that’s was fine I told her. This was in June 9th . She then calls to tell me she’s going out to San Diego to see her boyfriend and would take care of me when she got back. I said ok that’s fine. Nothing yet so I texted her again this week somebody else replied that she’s not around but they told her about my message. Im not being for nothing just give me what my husband paid for. Im so upset that they don’t care to have customer satisfaction. I’ll never refer anyone there and her word means nothing she doesn’t care to keep her unsatisfied clients happy. What a let...

Chica Flowers came through at the last minute with both friendly service and a beautiful arrangement. Partly, I got lucky—I called about an hour before closing and Chica Flowers had the flowers in stock to put something together. But I'm not going to overlook the fact that they were willing to do something so last minute (and to even stay a few minutes past closing!) to make up for the fact I had neglected to call earlier.

But let's talk about what they did! With just a few questions, Chica Flowers was able to create a GORGEOUS arrangements that exactly fit my needs. And the price for the custom arrangement was absolutely reasonable.
