Well the staff seamed preoccupied with the orders they received before my friend Anthony and I arrived. The very young female that took my friends order couldn't get the machine to work with his card. She hands my friend the machine and days here you do it! Walked to the back of the kitchen area. And never came back. My friend had ordered for him and I. And I was buying dinner for a woman that looked very tired. So we stood there waiting for someone to help us. And finally I said hey is homegirl coming back? Or can one of you finish his order and take mine? The woman that looked like she might be in charge says how are you paying to my friend he hands her his card. Doesn't work. Soon hand her my card. My friend can't stand too long his legs begin to hurt. I send him to sit down. And the female looks at me totally disgusted. Before she could say anything I tell her. I need to place a separate order please. And I place my order. Keep in mind the line is growing with men getting off work. So I place my order hand her mycard. Get my reciept. And wait for my order. The first order starts coming through. I hand it to Anthony who walked up just then. I can't stand very long either so I'm getting tired. Finally my order is ready. The female didn't ask me if I need any ketchup or anything so I asked for a cup holder and a plastic bag. And honey mustard and ranch and ketchup. She says we charge 11cents for the honey mustard and ranch. I give her the change for the 2. The food was delicious and for as busy as they were. They didn't mess up either order. I also noticed once my brother open his regular cheeseburger it looked sloppy and unhappy. After waiting in the Drive-Thru another 9 minutes to get After waiting in the Drive-Thru another 9 minutes to get my two special order double cheeseburgers I approached the window to be handed the same ones that had been sitting there for 12 minutes. They had also become cold. I asked the girl at the window to please we make them and they were arguing with the kitchen staff. She was very unhappy to had had me ask to have them remade. She returned after a longer wait than should have been with two burgers in a bag that seem to be very hot. I parked opened up and took a bite of the first one burning my entire mouth due to the lettuce and sauces and the entire Burger being microwaved. The second Burger burned my hand through its rapper which was already almost see through. I brought it back to the manager almost 4 minutes from leaving the window and it was still scorching hot to the touch. The manager and the young man Marco we're the only two concerned people at the restaurant who seem to know what was going on and they had nothing to do with the order. ย ย ย Read moreLast week I made a mobile order and walked out with it as the dining room was closing. I got to the car and realized my order was made quite wrong. The drive-thru was backed up and I couldn't wait that long to get it corrected.
I put the whole thing in the refrigerator at home to bring back on my next opportunity. Since I don't live nearby that took a few days. There was no printed slip so I relied on the order history from my phone (which does confirm that I entered my order correctly.)
While I'm glad they did replace it I got an awful lot of pushback first. Complaining that you can't read the small text on the screen is a copout. Expecting me to wait another fifteen minutes upon discovering the mistake because your staff can't handle a "your way right way" customization isn't fair. I have a job too.
The daytime staff is still cool but there's no way I'll be here again after like 4pm. I had almost felt bad about the prior review. No longer. Instead I've dropped it from two stars to one. I realize there are some shady people around here trying to pull things. Learn how to tell your decent, regular customers from the scammers.
