Food City — Local services in Phoenix

April, the cashier is incredibly unprofessional and rude. I’ve been shopping at this location for over years and it’s the first time I see her working there and it was the worst experience ever. Not only does she not greet you, she also scans the items with no care. She seems like she doesn’t want to be there. Her customer service is bad. She needs to also be trained on how to talk to people, you ask her something or say anything to her and the way she responds back is extremely rude. Working customer service is definitely not one of her expertise. If she doesn’t want to interact in person she shouldn’t be working directly with customers. Everyone else there if they’re having a bad day, they seem to know how not to let it affect their day. They help you and go on about their shift, but not this specific cashier. No plant based meat, crowded isles, unorganized products, and the prices are nothing great. So unorganized, beans were literally in at least 3 different places scattered about the store. Not only that, but upon checking out the cashier was extremely rude and didn't want to do her job of bagging groceries. So I started bagging groceries for her and then asked her to use the other bag to help back groceries and she seemed very annoyed at that. I then tried to call the manager, who " said will fix it " But would not give me her name and let me discuss other details of this horribly disorganized worthless business. This store isn't honoring there advertisement on 2 liter sodas 3 for $5. The squirt is labeled 3 for $5 on the shelf and they didn't honor it. That's bad for business. There was a Caucasian bald man who I think was the manager. Worthless, he wasn't for sure if the squirt was part of the deal and didn't bother to go check.
