I don’t even know where to begin, but I could say I’ve read some of these reviews and it adds up to my experience so we’ve just moved here from San Francisco and I had my usual full spot out there. That was great. I am six months pregnant and I have been craving for the whole time during this pregnancy. I was recommended this place because I’ve been out here for almost 2 months and I was just needed somewhere to have phone a few times we dined in it was OK Not the greatest but something to kill my craving on the last order my husband went to pick it up carry out and we paid for extra protein did not get that. Also asked for extra veggies did not only not get the veggies extra but neither did we get the veggies that supposed to come with the shrimp in the spring rolls look like someone ran over them with the motorcycle a few times before placing them The broth was cold in the pho So I had called Saturday night to let them know that my order was a nightmare. Basically I was told there is no manager there at the moment so I offered my phone number and name and asked that they will pass it down to her when she can. Long story short nothing ever happened. I kept the food for three days after my mother-in-law got disgusted of seeing getting smelling in the fridge. She tossed it finally get a hold of Tina the manager and was treated like a dog. She would never once apologized everything she said to me was just overall rude uncaring it sound like to me when I first called she was a little scared because I said you own the other restaurant as well called 432 on so-so Street and she was really like nervous and polite and nice and charming, but then once she found out that it was a complaint about the service of her food and order she became an overall which, if you ask me, by the way, she treated a six months pregnant woman that had a disgusting order with continents missing that I had paid for in my order. Then she hangs up on my face while I’m still talking And me being emotional from pregnancy, of course I cried and called back the other store and told them I’m going to be making a review about this place and how I was treated I then got immediately a phone call back from a different gentleman who had made no sense whatsoever and everything. He said he offered me some bean sprouts and cilantro when I’m in the order and upon me telling him what in the world am I gonna do with that? That’s ridiculous. Are you serious right now? He tells me well you know it’s always good to have extra beat spouts whenever you need them I mean, the guy made no sense at All Whatsoever. I guess he was trying to convince me to not write the review or whatever but that was not what you tell me after you hear everything of not only the bad order but the way I was treated by your manager, who which I think needs to invest the money into hiring someone to manage the other store too cause reading these reviews here it looks like she can’t handle both stores, but they’re definitely must be something shady going on. I can’t stop thinking about the way. She acted upon my first phone call and me just dating yes do you also own the other location also called 432 she got a little nervous for some reason and real giggly and bubbly and Referred to the management of that store as being another woman because she got tongue tied in said somehow, she yes, she is not available I mean, like who is she? I don’t know something not right there but anyhow, horrible customer service horrible take out. Read moreI come here often as I live nearby. The Pho is very tasty but servings are tiny. I usually don’t mind it as I understand that prices have gone up. However, this instant was just beyond ridiculous. We had a chicken pho with two small slices of chicken and a pinch of noodles. This got me curious to see what other people felt because I felt this was straight up robbery! I was not as surprised to see the many one star reviews this place has received. So I’m aware that my review will not have any impact on this place. I try to understand why their prices are high and their products are small, perhaps it might be high rent or just straight up greed? I come here often as I stated earlier and have noticed that they’re always hiring and that there is always a new staff member running the cash register. I noticed employee retention is very low here which has me thinking the boss lady might be too rough on her help or not paying them enough. I don’t understand why this is the case as they have the audacity to ask for 18% or more tip on each and every already expensive transaction. I certainly know the employees who runs the cash register is not receiving these tips. I certainly do not want to badmouth this location, but I love coming here and I just see this place slipping. Today’s visit just pushed me over the limit. I heard there’s a new pho place across the road that just opened up. Perhaps I might take my business over there. Read moreRepugnant Customer Service! I ordered Beef Pho (w/ Chicken) takeout and was subjected to interrogation over some "phantom" beef that never made it into the box. I called in to report the missing beef and was delightfully invited back to correct the issue. Upon returning, however, instead of receiving an apology and giving the beef to a frequent customer, SOPHIE instead attempted to antagonize me, stating that she "double-checked the bag" and knew there was beef inside! The staff then urged me to DRIVE BACK HOME to bring the box back to investigate what had become of the beef. I entertain the blatant disrespect, drive home and return. After finding NO BEEF, the contents of the box were taken to the kitchen to the chef, who I assume told them that he indeed neglected to package the beef. And what did Sophie do? Accuse me of bringing back chicken belonging to someone else! "That's not our chicken...some of it is...but not all of it," the young fool claimed. Now we're in the territory of inexcusable customer service. Not only did she continue to go back and forth (about the so-called mysterious origin of the chicken), but SOPHIE is now disturbing customers and causing a scene with her speculative shenanigans. I requested a refund and not once did the older lady working alongside her (although respectful) cue her to cease the disrespectful antics!
