BoSa Donuts — Restaurant in Phoenix

I've ordered from Bosa donuts only about 4 times and had my order delivered through a delivery app. After today, it will absolutely be the last time I order from Bosa ever again. I understand being out of certain donuts but when someone orders online, it would make sense for Bosa to call the customer and tell them they are out of what the customer requested and ask what the customer wants substituted, right? Apparently not. Bosa has not done this... ever. Ok, so Bosa doesn't call the paying customer to try and substitute what they want...at least Bosa tries to substitute close to what the customer ordered, right? Apparently not. Bosa does not do this either. I placed this order today at 6:30am and some how Bosa was out of everything I ordered by then? Interesting. The order I received, there was not a single donut I ordered and the donuts they put in place of the ones they didn't have, were horrible and nothing we would ever eat. So a waste of money. I wonder since I've placed a review on one of the delivery apps before about this...if this has anything to do with it being this bad of an order. We shall never know. What I do know is I work for a very large advertising agency and guess what I'm going to be telling everyone I work with and every client I come across. I have now read many reviews of this happening with other customers who have ordered through Bosa. Apparently Bosa doesn't learn from this or listen to their customers and just leaving reviews doesn't matter to them. It gets you a completely wrong order like...

Omg where do I start first off the smell of fresh baked doughnuts in the morning before you walk in the store Is heaven. My Bosa store in my area on Camelback and 23rd Ave is always clean. Employees are also friendly and professional with a smile. And every doughnut is made on location fresh and yummy. Also smoothies are to die for different varieties and as well as coffee or teas. And sandwiches are made there as well from breakfast to lunch you Have two choices from bagels to bread. They also have a menu which you can write what you like on your sandwiches. Price is reasonable. And they also do party trays doughnuts and sandwiches. Coffee box or tea. Also they sell soda and energy drinks and milk etc. Which are reasonable price. Over all I recommend my Bosa to my family and friends. Oh and...

I have previously reviewed this Bosa 5 stars, but my last visit was unexpected.. I had asked for 2 tuna sandwiches and 1 Turkey sandwich

They gave me 2 Turkey and 1 tuna, after I kindly told them about the mistake the worker grabbed the Turkey sandwich, went to the back asked a worker to open the sandwich to pull out the Turkey and replace it with tuna! In front of us. It was just lazy and gross 🤢. We had to kindly ask them to make a whole new one because my friend couldn’t have Turkey… they got mad, they threw the other sandwich in the trash and made our new sandwich.. I’ll probably start visiting other Bosa donuts. If they tried to take shortcuts with that, I can imagine how they might take care of other things.
