Always came to this location have been for over a year.. Employee Gabby was very rude as soon as we walked in today no greeting or anything she took my order & when I asked to switch something for my order to something else she told me that’s not how they are made when I’ve order the same thing every time i come in than for some reason she stopped helping me while she was making my order and made another employee * Alondra come out from the back just to finish my order when she was already working on it! Than she asked for my order again for the 3rd time I told her what ice cream I wanted and she still ignored my order & kept helping the people that came in after me and when I asked how can I contact the manager she asked why do I want her number and instead gave me and email to contact for a job! Very unprofessional and poor service...

The staff is very rude. My 18yo daughter went on to get a raspado and the girl at the register treated her very very rude & this isn’t the first time! But she wanted to try it again thinking maybe they were just having a bad day. BUT NOPE, RUDE AGAIN AND DIDN’T HAVE WHAT SHE WANTED! So she went to Spectrum Mall and ordered from the neveria inside the mall! THAT PLACE IS GOOD! We will NEVER go to THIS spot again and I love supporting small business but again not this one! Literally just got done placing an order here, watched my utensils get dropped on the floor watched my credit card get dropped on the floor, the employee didn't wash his hands, mumbled under their breath and gave me elote all the way that couldn't be closed with the lid; very poor service especially after asking for food to go, politely.
