I am a local artist and shop this store weekly and live the product and prices. With that said I will never walk into this store as long as these two associates work there. A stand in Manager named Meaghan was extreamly rude, condescending and threatening. Extreamly young lady that pushed and acted like her Title as manger superseded any costumer service skills. Her lack of knowledge in aiding a person after an associate that stated they had a $500 dollar piece of jewelry in there hand and was safely placing it at customer service desk for my return and pick up during a phone conversation with in 5 minutes if leaving the store. I was realieved. By the time I got there the associate hid in the back and Meaghan came out and said it was misplaced they no longer had my jewelry. They had misplaced it with in four steps from the register to the customer service desk Then said mistakes happen. No appology nothing. I requested to speak to him the only guy that worked in the store and had rung me up. She wouldn't let me talk to him. I wasn't even mad or yelling. But then I said why won't he talk to me he is here he had it in his hand. She said No you can't talk to him and I'm not making him come from the back room. I said why he is a grown man. She said, "I'm a grown woman, im going to have to ask you to leave or call security". Then I was upset. I raised my voice and said call security and I'll call the police he had my jewelry In His hand last....
Magically from the back room he gave my jewelry to another associate within a minute of me saying I would call the police.
I will never shop at this store or trust these associates. Not professional and they lied. With saying they mistaken the jewelry to they misplaced the jewelry.
They lied and didn't care what the piece of Jewlery meant to me when both associated knew he had it...

On 12/14 at approximately I was returning an item on register 6 with a young lady wearing brown glasses (I wish I grabbed her name). However, she was having trouble voiding a transaction and she asked her "manager" melody for help a couple times however, she kept assuming what her question was and not letting her finish her sentence.
Finally, Melody came over and I had to ask her to calm down because she was extremely out-rate and I tried to explain that the young lady didn't know how to do a void because she clearly wasn't listening to her. Then she pushed her towards the register and said "oh, this is something over already trained you on you should know how to do this."
The young lady was able to figure it out and complete the return but, it was only bc a customer asked her to slow down and take a moment. However, she DID not show leadership, patience nor proper customer service in this moment and I'm ashamed for her.
I hope this isn't the type of role models that your store hires because, this is not a place I would want my family or friends to shop or work for under this type of "management."

Read moreMy daughter and I went to Michael's to see if they could blow some balloons that we had ordered online. As we walked in I asked the lady Gerry there if they offered that service. She must of been having a day because she answered us very rudely saying at a price. We said ok can you please inflate our balloons. She said just wait by the helium tank and shell be there when she was done. So my daughter and I waited and waited for about 10 minutes and during that time she would walk past us and help other customers not saying I'll be right with you, pretty much ignoring us. So after a few minutes after we decided to leave the store since she was definitely not going to help us. I talked to the cashier and asked for the manager to talk to them about their service and they said she was the manager on duty that day.
