Iām only giving this office 2 stars since the only friendliness I received was from scheduling and the receptionist. Downhill after that.
Calling to make an appointment was seamless and the rep who took my call was amazing. She was able to squeeze me in a cancel time slot. When I went in the receptionist corrected my information on there. I have a preferred name on there and I felt confident.
The office was running a little behind which I didnāt mind since weāve all experienced those offices running hours behind. It was maybe 10 min after my appointment time. I was called back, they used my birth name I figured maybe the paperwork wasnāt updated or he didnāt know. After that I felt like less than a patient there. They barely asked me why I was there like I was being rushed. No conversation of symptoms or anything. When the provider came in (Theresa Hunt) she introduced herself and that was the extent of any full sentence conversation. My main concern she barely glanced at, said it was a condition and said we treat it by x y and z. Then I had four moles biopsied which was surprising. I was told for recovery to use vasaline which I found weird but shrugged it off. Asked the MA āso is there a treatment plan for what I came in for?ā He asked the provider and I still to this day a week later have not received an answer. Come to find out 48 hours after the appointment when I read the report on the patient portal I was told the wrong after care. I need bacitracin which I was putting on there thanks to my friends who had the same thing done.
I have never been to a provider and made felt like a medical mannequin. No conversation, no treatment plan. Just hi then cut then run out. I have one more appointment for another thing with another provider. After that whatever treatment I need I will be going...

Staff was nice . Dr did not propoerly address my issues and took me off a internal medication that wa working to put me back on a topical for face that Does not work. And told me to use some OTC for body Now my skin is back to total trash, face and body after 4 visits skin is back to what it was in begining . I am a streamer .I am canceling streams becuase I can not be on camera. Not coming back!
Update I dont just run around leaving negative reviews .This response from AD although kind. It does not make up for what happend. I have had more time to think and still come up with the same result .The treatment made no sence . You make sure to put this shallow apolgy up but 0 offer to try to resolve it! Let me break it down for ya .
After 3 visits treatment was working . Doctor listend and we found somthing that was working. Medication ran out . I asked for refill . Dr canceled the refill . So then told me I would have to come in so she can see me. For what? Well i get there wanting to CONTINUE take meds that are working GREAT for my entire body including my face ... She ignored my wished just to put me on somthing topical just for my face when isssue is all over body as well! ? And then just said use OTC stuff as well!?!?!? I have tried andOTC Stuff for years with minimal result . After all this My skin quickly started going back to pain and unsightlyness . Why did she do that? How would you feel if this happend to you? Concider as well every time I am there they ask if they can have the interns in to learn and observe and I always do. I am a very kind person always treat your staff with kindness and respect and never have left a negative reviw like this. This affected my livelyhood and and stream HUGE . So yeah gonna be upset till I can be in a photo again. And I hope...

My list of issues it too long to get into but to sum it up, I saw 2 different doctors, neither of them seemed interested or took the time to talk to me about what was happening with a rash that doesn't want to go away. The answering service took over 24 hr to return my calls. If they are that short handed/busy, they should say something like "a return call could take up to 24 hrs", I ended up going to Urgent Care the following morning since I didn't hear from them. Next, when I did talk to someone about scheduling an appointment, after I told them I went to Urgent Care & that Dr. told me to get into a dermatologist ASAP, the scheduler offered me something 3 weeks out! When I got upset she offered me something the same day but at a different location. No common sense or sense of customer service what so ever. Then, when I went back in 2 weeks for what I thought was a follow-up (and my condition hadn't improved) it was strictly to have stitches removed from a very lame biopsy they did (and left horrible scares) and I wasn't able to see or talk to a doctor about how I was doing. The doctor requested a rush on my biopsy & told me if I didn't get the results by a certain day to call her. Well, I didn't get the results so I called her on a Tuesday, she gave me the results & called in an RX. It was the following Tuesday when the office called me with my results. I explained that I had already gotten my results, a week earlier, from the doctor. So the proceeded to ask me about calling in a prescription. I again explained that I had already gotten the prescription a week ago!!!!! I just think this whole process...
